Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWyndham Puerto Santa Ana is a very nice hotel in a good safe area. The room was large and modern with most expected amenities. Minor glitches: instead of an electric kettle for proper tea boiling, it has a tiny single cup drip coffee maker. Not ideal, but we made do. The view of the river was obstructed by a large construction site. They worked all night on weekdays, but not weekends. The noise and lights were minorly disruptive, but again we managed. The safe, hot water, bed comfort, and other amenities were perfect. The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed it a lot with good variety, some local specialties, and long flexible hours (6.30 till 10.30). The rooftop pool is very nice. The water is warm, and chemical balance was good. It is walkable, safe and very pleasant along the river all the way to Malacon 2000. The front desk let us borrow aerovia cards for a cable card ride to Duran round-trip. You need the card to buy the fare. Borrowing from the front desk saved us a couple bucks. You need a card for each seperate person. Don't get out into Duran, it's sketchy. But the aerovia ride is perfectly safe with great views across the river. I highly recommend Wyndham Puerto Santa Ana. (If booking, read carefully, as there exist more than 1 Wyndham hotel property in the city.)
