An incredibly sweet and attentive couple runs the house. It is not a hotel but a place that gives a feeling of extended privacy. Located in the heart of the town but not noisy. Recommended for those who want to be in the center of things but not in a frenetic atmosphere of disgusting tourism.

The hotel is very clean! The location is excellent- 1 min walk to the pier and all life, several beaches are nearby, Playa Mann beach with sea lions is 8 min walk. There is a very clean kitchen with all staff to prepare food. The host Keyko is very friendly and helpful.

It's minor but there is only one setting for the shower so it's a bit cold. But it's not that bad when it's hot outside.

Location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. Room is spacious, free water is good and strong AC.

The stairs are a bit daunting but don’t let that put you off.

The upstairs suite is amazing - everything you could possibly need plus a huge covered patio with views of the town and harbour. Keyko was super helpful and lovely. Made me feel at home.

It was very clean & comfortable with access to kitchen facilities. Great location near the seafront & restaurants. Keyko & Jairo were wonderful hosts & provided so much helpful information about the island, places to eat & visit & best tours.

There were amazing reviews on this accomodation so we had really high expectations. However, I need to give my honest opinion in saying that it felt at best a 2 star hotel (I know where all these 5 stars are coming from). The room felt prison like, with simple furniture (the bed didn’t even have a bed frame) and the window was blocked by a wall. As a consequence, no natural sunlight ever came through and it was always damp in the room. We talked to another couple who was also staying and they said that the hosts refused to give them another set of towels. A bit problematic considering the towels were never dry. And there was a kitchen in the communal area, which looked super inviting to cook at. However, whilst they had salt and sugar, there was no oil? A bit confusing considering there was everything else to make a nice meal.

Take note, that this is a room in a private apartment. It wasn't clear to us as it is mentioned as a bysentence in the advertisement. Kitchen is shared but bathroom is private.

The apartment was clean and fine and the hosts were friendly. They answered very quickly on messages in the booking.com app.
