Beautiful wooden bungalows. Each one is a unique work of art. You can feel the love that the creators of this place put into it. Beautiful surroundings, just next to waterfalls. The small garden around the bungalows was also a treat. The bromeliads make you feel as if you are inside the cloud forest.

It was a little cold in the rooms - so bring warm pajamas.

The host, Oliver, was so nice and helpful. He arranged a car to take us to the volcanos (an excellent guide named Wilson) and with transportation to Cuenca. The food was SO good - a huge breakfast spread! And the hotel itself is beyond charming (with such a great story behind it - ask Oliver!). The adorable dogs were an added bonus.

Incredible location at the base of a beautiful waterfall. The architecture is so playful, imaginative, and organic that it really feels like a special place. The service was incredible, with staff always available to provide advice, call a taxi, or arrange a tour.

Amazing location! You can see a waterfall from the property and the surrounding mountains are stunning. Many birds around. Lovely dogs and the cat tiggy. Oliver prepared a delicious dinner for us. The room was super comfortable and we missed nothing! I have not seen any better place around Baños!

This guest house exceeded our group's expectations. It was a beautiful property with some super-friendly cats and dogs walking around. The host, while I do not recall his name, was very accommodating and made us very eager to come back sometime in the future. The rooms are very beautiful, dark at night, and quite. We had a lot of traveling beforehand, and I had some of the best sleep of my life sleeping to the waterfall nearby.

The design of the building is beautiful. However, some details are not practical.

Excellent location, very calm. It's like living in the middle of the forest. It's surrounded by vegetation. Hosts are incredible. They were always able to help us with recommendations.

I honestly can't think of anything.

The property was absolutely stunning and the views were grander than I anticipated. However, the friendly service and warm welcome added to our stay. The dinner we had was wonderful and breakfast each day was fantastic. It honestly felt like we were welcomed guests in someone's home. We almost stayed at a more "luxury" accommodation, but I can't imagine anywhere else coming close to the comfort and service we had. This was truly one of the most amazing properties we have ever stayed at! P.S. The photos do not do it justice!

The only thing we didn't like here was the internet; it was slow and inconsistent throughout our 3-night stay.

Really, it was outstanding. The bed linens and towels were fine but it would be nice if they were upgraded. I wouldn't hesitate to book here because of it.

What an oasis. We stayed in a large 2-bedroom with a kitchenette. Excellent breakfasts, great dinner right on site, really comfortable foam pillows on the bed, interesting design, beautiful views, spacious rooms, easy walk to see gorgeous waterfalls right there on the property, great showers, great communication from the owners. We especially loved the owners' dogs (they were absolute sweethearts and our son loved cuddling them) and the outdoor spaces to sit outside in the evening after the kids went to bed. We had a fireplace in our room but didn't use it as it was so nice to be outside at night. After the waterfall hikes, relaxing on the property with our friends, listening to the sounds of the waterfall and forest were absolutely the highlight of Banos and I would go back there just for this place. The owners live on site but there is ample privacy, and lots of lovely nooks to explore. We wish we'd stayed longer.

Room is full off windows, some with very thin curtains. We thought it did lack in privacy, as well as hard to sleep in daylight (since roof windows was not covered).

The hotel is very nice, with beautiful surrounding and walking distance to a big waterfall. Our room was unique and well decorated, with big and hot shower. Breakfast is very big and various, as well as dinner that was good (but required pre ordering at the morning). Notice a car is needed to get to/from this hotel, which we found as a nice getaway from the city.
