Hot water in the shower was a bit temperamental but nothing outrageous - was still nice to have hot water to wash the sunscreen off!

Location is excellent - quiet yet close to everything - and the staff were lovely and welcoming! We were able to check-in a bit early, and enjoyed the comfortable bed and awesome air-conditioning. Wifi was strong and reliable in our room, and having a small kitchenette was handy on days we wanted to save a bit of money.

It would have been good to have more access to drinking water. But that's being very picky!

The hotel was beautifully kept, and clear that the owners took great pride in their property and garden, as well as making their guests feel welcome and well looked after, they were very gracious and kind. The shower in the hotel room was the best in all of the Galapagos!!

The owners are very friendly and super helpful! The property is very nice and had everything we needed. AC and WiFi worked perfectly. It’s close to the touristic area and everything is within walking distance. Decent breakfast available ($6 per person). Great value for money!

Carlos and his wife were adorable and so friendly! Felt very at home with them even though language was a barrier. Great location within walking distance to lots of restaurants and main area. Helped arrange airport transfer. Breakfast was great, wish we would have eaten their more! Hammocks were amazing! Free water.

Perfecto! Couldn’t fault a thing. Stayed three nights and had a change of sheets. Never had that happen in other similar accommodation choices! Even the garden lawn gets special attention. Lovely couple who helped with my needs.

Beetles keeper entering the room. However I don't think this is the hotel fault, there was a towel underneath the door but they would still enter. Perhaps this is something inevitable in the Island as there are so many of these beetles at night

Carlos was an amazing host, he helped us to book a boat to Isabela and got up especially early with us to take us to the harbour. We hadn’t accounted for the hour time difference between Santa Cruz and the mainland. What a lovely man. We loved our stay here.

The only issue I found was the WiFi could be spotty. But when it worked it was fast. Not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay! The room was comfortable and clean. And the property was perfectly located. Just a few minutes walk to anywhere in town but far enough from the bustle of the main tourist area. The best part was the amazing hosts! Carlos and Esther were so kind and helpful. It was like staying with my grandparents.

WiFi barely works. It’s not possible to even watch a movie. I also thought it was going to be more hostel life but I saw no one the 2 days I was there (it’s true that I was barely home). For a solo traveler, it’s nice to meet new people.

Very good hostel overall. Room was clean and big, staff is very kind, and location is good. It’s a very good option for the price!

The place was immaculate and very attractive, with quality finishes etc in the room . The rooms were spacious , bright and thoughtfully presented aswell .the couple running it are a delight , very friendly and keen to ensure your needs are meet , but genuinely , and Ester even gave me some curative treatment for my sprained ankle .The breakfast was varied and delicious freshly cooked food , the location quiet yet handy for facilities,etc .A very good find , I felt immediately at ease and happy there .

It was a very customer and very beautiful place . Felt like home . Great location close to everything . Host are wonderful people who treated us like family . We got breakfast earlier than breakfast time and it was delicious. They helped us with reservation for taxi as well . Loved this place and would recommend any time !

If you want to go to sleep before 10pm there is a nearby restaurant with music but this closes promptly.

Overall a really nice hostel! It honestly doesn’t feel like a hostel with how nice the rooms are and how clean they feel. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfy, there’s AC, and there’s a filtered water jug in the lobby. The owner is really nice too. Not quite in the main area of town, but the walk isn’t that far.
