This small hotel is an excellent lodging option for Ibarra. It is basic, but clean and professionally run. The room is comfortable with hot water, good WiFi, and the staff is very friendly. The receptionist was especially helpful. For example, she accommodated our late-night check-in and helped us secure a taxi upon checkout because the Ubers were running very slow during the early morning of our departure. I've stayed at a more expensive hotel with name recognition in Ibarra, and yet, I found Accel La Quinta to be a fairer price point. I'll absolutely stay again.

Not much to not like.

The room was large shower hot and the bed was comfortable. I was allowed to bring my motorcycle into the inner courtyard. I was sick and the ladies kindly checked on me and got me so item from the shops. Amazing thanks.

Everything was excellent, except for the noisy and disrespectful behavior of other guests who didn't consider that others needed to rest. The staff was wonderful, as were the facilities.

Very clean and quiet hostel in the center of the city. The beds are comfortable, and the water is hot. Internet is also excellent. I would definitely recommend it.

Shower water temperature: Less than 1 minute of hot water. Carlos made adjustments that fixed the problem. Location: Few dinner restaurants in the area. Most are for breakfast and lunch.

The hosts, Carlos and Sylvia, and the housekeeping staff were wonderfully helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure the stay was more than satisfactory and they were available and willing to provide many helpful guest services. The building has a charming interior. The hotel was exceptionally quiet and peaceful. My room, #109, was at the back of the building so that added to the peacefulness. I found the bed to be very comfortable - firm, but not too firm. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room and the ability to open the window facing the courtyard for some of the lovely evening mountain air. The bathroom and the shower area were spacious. The room was thoroughly cleaned daily.

My medical appointment was postponed and I had to make last minute plans to spend the night. I was very happy with the hotel. Very clean spacious room, attentive staff, quiet despite being in town. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, great owners, lovely room. They brought our motorbikes into inner courtyard, very secure. Laundry service was very good. Highly recommend for a stay in Ibarra. Great cafe across the square too.

Good hotel just round the corner of Parque Moncayo. Comfortabele room with water kettle, a bottle of water and a teabag. Silvia is always there and very friendly. I would stay there again.

All was good.

Large room in a very quiet area of town. Large table for my belongings. Nice hot water in shower. Comfortable bed. Cleaning staff was pleasant, offered to clean my room daily. Host was very nice. He arranged for a taxi to take me to the laguna and return to pick me up, and rode with us to make sure the taxi driver knew where to pick me up and at what time. Place was only a few blocks from a great Cafe with good strong coffee - El Quinde Cafe.
