Excellent in all aspects! Location at the modern part of the city, spacious rooms with amazing views, friendly and welcoming staff, fantastic breakfast and dinner at the top floor restaurant.

The housekeeper came at around 7:45 am and woke us up asking if she could do housekeeping. We also needed a taxi to come back from dinner back to the hotel and we called the number on the website and nobody answered.

The entire facilities are spectacular. The hotel has everything you need. The food is fantastic.

Restaurant staff took a while to attend & bathroom door etc needed some TLC (very loud rails late at night etc). nothing that would stop me coming back :)

High tech lighting all around, very clean. The breakfast that was included was a large variety of many different things! The views were amazing!

It's pricy for Quito but it is an excellent hotel if you prefer a modern hotel stay.

The rooftop restaurant is amazing and the breakfast buffet was excellent. We were rushed so didn't get the full experience but enjoyed what we had.

So my wife wanted to splurge at the end our trip and we booked 2 nights here. We had 2 rooms but I will focus on the King Suite with Spa Bath. This room was truly a luxury room. The spa overlooked the city and it provided a relaxing environment. The hot water provided for a great shower. The curtains open as you walk into the room and set your room key, and the rest of the room is full of so much technology. There are buttons in different sections of the room to make certain things happen in the room. You have different light settings whether you want the room bright or dim, you have that option. When its time to sleep you hit the snooze button for the room, and the lights cut off and the curtains close. The hotel staff was great, and you get welcome drinks. Security was great at the hotel. You have to use your room card to access your floor and your floor only, outside of the common floors. The breakfast cost $27 if you do not include it in your booking, but it was an awesome breakfast buffet. The orange juice was so terrific. It tasted like it was squeezed in the back. So many great choices for food. Wi-Fi speed was good, and if you have the funds, I would recommend this 5 star hotel to anyone.

As a luxury hotel, it was a bit less than we expected. The room with two double beds felt a bit small, and the breakfast at the hotel was way too expensive, compared to the good alternatives outside of it. It's a bit far from the center, but the area is safe, and there are good restaurants, laundry service, and even a barber nearby.

The hotel felt very safe and the view from the room was wonderful. The shower and beds were great, and the jacuzzi on the balcony was a very nice addition. The staff were helpful, mainly the guy who brought the suitcases, who was extremely knowledgeable and nice.

One if the best things about the hotel was their driver, Marcos. He took us on a fabulous trip To Otavalo. I highly recommend hiring him to drive you around. Wonderful and trustworthy human!

The hotel is super clean and has a stylish, modern feel. The rooftop restaurant offers a buffet breakfast and dinner with a nice view of the city. The rooms are spotless and thoughtfully designed with great amenities. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Plus, the hotel is just a 10-minute drive from the Old Town Square (without traffic). Highly recommended!
