Rooms were small for 3 people and lots of luggage, but very comfortable and clean.

Set breakfast was great, freshly cooked everyday, and different everyday. Filled us up for our trips and time exploring. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower nice and powerful. Internet throughout.

The ac in my roomm was facing the window so was loosing quite a lot of the coldness out the window even though was shut. There was a noise throughout the day and night that was very annoying like a plumbing or electrical sound. WiFi in the room didn't work the entire time

Friendly helpful staff, a very special thanks to Dillon !!!! Being able to chill out by the pool waiting for our boat . And to the staff member you moved us to the first floor so we did not have to carry our bags to the fourth floor.

The door has a big gap at the bottom. I saw ants in my room and a little gecko on my bed. I have to spray "bug-off" around my bed and door.

The location is great. It is close to everything. The staffs are very helpful. Room is clean with very comfy bed. Wifi has bit issue, some time is not working.

No elevators having to walk up 4 flight of stairs. I spilled tea at night in my room and had to use a towel to clean it up. I was told I would be charged, crazy what was I going to do, fall. Then they said I had to take it to the laundry. I declined was leaving. Accidents happen, so if one stains the sheets you have to pay, crazy.

Location was good, the room was very simple (price was low), WiFi was good, breakfast was basic, and personnel was very helpful, more than I expected.

There only seemed to be one place to plug in anything in the room. The beds were ok but not great. No refrigerator in the room but you could use the community refrigerator in the communal kitchen.

The lobby was nicely decorated and the pool was really nice. The pool fountain was not on during our stay which I normally would not note but it is on their cover photo. They offered separate pool towels for the pool and bathroom right off the room. Good size room. Overall I thought it was a good value for the money. .

Nice hostel (around average) with all the commodities : shower with hot water, air conditioning, tv and a lot of space in the room. The establishment has a private pool and a nice social area. You can fill your bottle with water at anytime (useful before trekking or boat excursions). The breakfast is modest but satisfying. The coffee is good (which is rare for the hostels). The service was kind and helpful at any time, although if you want to book a ferry or a trip, it’s better to go outside and book it on your own. At the España Hostel they charge you an extra fee apart from a higher price than two blocks away (i.e. the round trip to Isabela island with the hotel costed 85 usd whereas in other places is 60 usd).

The bathrooms of the old rooms without ventilation to the outside only to a hall, stained sheets and towels. Room without a desk, simple windows, a lot of outside noise.

The pool was so dirty I could not even get into the water My room was on the fourth floor and I had to walk up four flights of stairs. I requested for a room on the lower floor and they never responded to my request. The breakfast was terrible. They served cold food.
