We had a great experience, and there was nothing we disliked. I would only mention that the hotel does not have a pool, but really, who needs one when you're surrounded by the most magical islands in the world and beautiful beaches just minutes away!

We loved every aspect of this hotel. It is a small property with only eight rooms, which allows the staff to attend to every detail. We initially thought the hotel was new, but learned that it is not; however, it is maintained perfectly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beds are equally inviting. The robes, slippers, linens, and towels are of high quality, enhancing the overall experience. The service from all the staff we encountered was simply excellent. We particularly appreciated the delicious breakfast, which offered a variety of fresh options and was beautifully presented. I can't speak highly enough of Hotel Cucuve; it exceeded all our expectations in every way.

I can think of nothing that could have been better. The stay was flawless.

The staff were exceptional, beginning with our check in with Chris, who gave us numerous tips of where to go and a recommendation of a travel agent a block away. The rooms were spacious (king bed) and well appointed. They had thought of everything needed. An all-day snack and coffee station was availabile and the breakfast was overseen by very helpful staff. It was an excellent stay while we were planning our tours.

More hot breakfast variety .. however the host Anna was marvellous .. she was genuinely concerned for her guests requirements.. on our anniversary she treated us to a champagne bottle and especially made crepe’s and a warm cutlet for us ..

Breakfast was good .. 2 types of cut fruit was served, everyday had one type of hot breakfast - freshly cooked eggs to one’s preference was the norm .. I stayed for 4 days and would stay here again ..they provided packed box incase you were leaving before 7 o clock ..

Great location, only a few minutes walk from ferry dock. Room was lovely, nice comfy bed, big bathroom, safe, fridge, hammock on balcony. Cold filtered water available, good breakfast - hot option and fresh fruit/juice, yogurts/cereals. Coffee machine for 24/7 coffee, free snacks. Friendly staff

I really can’t think of anything. Occasionally there was nobody at the front desk and only Spanish speaking workers but it wasn’t really ever a problem.

This was a lovely hotel in an excellent location. The staff was all very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The darling woman serving breakfast was a highlight! It felt very safe and homey.

Street noise was loud. There was a dog which barked several nights almost non stop. We used our ear plugs & fan app every night. I realize this is not something the hotel has control, and being so close to the Main Street was a definite plus. So, maybe provide a fan for white noise or ear plugs. No good answer. But just be aware that the street noise can be troublesome.

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was excellent…Ana was always there to take care of us. Very clean. The bed & pillows were very comfortable!

We felt like we were special when we got to Hotel Cucuve. They really go out of their way to make everything as comfortable as possible. The beds and sheets were AMAZING. It was the only place I got a good night's sleep each night. The amenities were incredible: snacks any time, fresh water, fast internet, breakfast, and the cleaning staff really did a thorough job. They even arranged my daughter's stuffed animals sweetly on her bed! Whenever we had questions, they went out of their way to give great information. And right next door is a shawarma place! Cheap ($5/wrap) and close and tasty. The lounge area down by the beach was a nice touch. There's even internet there. Stephania was especially helpful. We loved our stay here.

We had an excellent breakfast pack from them on our early morning excursion. Well presented and packed for us to eat as we got hungry on the boat trip. All were wrapped in eco-friendly packaging. 10/10 We were super happy with how they explained their commitment to being responsible towards nature and what they do to be actively involved. The info in the rooms was presented subtly, although not overwhelmingly. The free shopping bags and water bottles were a nice touch.

This was a great spot right in the town of Santa Cruz. You can walk to everything from here. The staff were very kind and accommodating and our room was comfortable! Breakfast was great too!

Ana and her staff are incredible!!! Even for a short visit, you feel like family. Recommendations for restaurants were spot on. The breakfast provided is more than one could ask for at a small hotel. Take advantage of their patio access by the sea, a short few minute walk from the hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer.
