Location is close to the airport and walking distance to the Malecon, with some nice restaurants around the corner. The room was very spacious and breakfast is freshly prepared. Good value for money, would definitely recommend!

Lovely boutique hotel. We had a king size room and it was enormous and very comfortable with nice terrace next to terrace accessible from reception. Really lovely staff and fantastic pool area where great breakfast also served. Would definitely come back.

You have to ring a doorbell in the elevator and sometimes no one was there to answer and the elevator gets really hot.

It was a well secured hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. The neighborhood felt safe and had security. The room was spacious and clean. Good view of the river.

Breakfast was great, with a view overlooking the river and the towns. Staff were very helpful, including arranging taxis. Accomodated our very late night arrival and our very early departure. Recommended to others!

Comfy spacious room. Comfy sheets and bed, roof top patio for a good breakfast with a pool and hammocks. Amazing and sweet family that runs this hotel. Walking distance to many restaurants and a beautiful view of the river. I’ve stayed here twice already and I would definitely land here everytime I am in Guayaquil. I’m a single female traveler and feel very safe here in this area as well as this hotel.

No activity or staff around so felt like we were staying in airbnb than a hotel.

Good location in the historic Las Penas area and next to a new restaurant zone. Lovely breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the river. The room is very large and well appointed.

We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights in the king suite. The room was extra large with comfortable bed and bedding. There were excellent amenities and I particularly liked a luggage rack and full length mirror. Breakfast was delicious with daily variety. Wilmer was our host and was very helpful and friendly. The B&B was secure and located in a very convenient location.

Little hard to find the hotel initially. Since the street in front of the hotel has limited car traffic, restricted mostly to foot traffic unless 'security' staff at one end of street allows car/taxi access. Other end is blocked to through traffic. Our Uber driver dropped us off at the end that was blocked and we found it hard to wheel luggage on cobblestone street on our initial visit. Now we know better on how to get dropped off at the front door by accessing the monitored street access end of the street.

Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with arranging taxis to the airport early the next morning. Great view from the top floor of the river flowing through Quayaquil. Several restaurants near the hotel on the river plaza.

Nothing, everything was great.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast was excellent. Location is great, we felt very safe walking by the water and we're very close to lots of restaurants and bars.
