“The hotel is called Hotel Balcon del Arte. The entrance is set back from the street. I arrived late and was let in by the nightwatchman and given my room key directly. My street facing room was lovely. Large, clean and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was functional and clean. The shower was not always hot. Good wi-fi signal. Situated centrally, it was an easy walk to restaurants, shops and museums. The ladies who were on reception were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.”

“Great spa with thermal spring water in a large swimming pool, a hotter small pool., cold pool, mud therapy pool and steam rooms. Lovely roomy Junior Suite. Weather was cool so we were glad there was heating to turn on.”

“Amazing place! The kitchen is better equipped than my own at home. Extremely clean, with towels provided. The shower was fantastic (really hot!). Beautiful terrace, lovely building, and an incredibly kind and polite host. I couldn’t recommend this place more!”

“It is beautiful colonial style hotel. I liked décor, tasteful and comfortable style. Stuff very helpful with luggage. Location is right in the middle of old town but it was quiet at night, I had a good sleep there.”
