The breakfast choices could be more varied for options.

The reception staff are exceptionally welcoming and warm, reflecting the Algerian culture. Karim and Mahdi were very responsive to our needs and requests. They were very helpful with assisting with our logistics and information about the sights. The location of the hotel accommodation is ideal with lots of places to eat nearby.

No snacks machines were available. Not much of culinary options and the nearby restaurants weren't that good either. The Ac wasn't cold enough.

As it is a busy area at nighttime, the street is fairly noisy and the windows don't provide enough sound proofing (even though I was on the 5th floor). I was not able to connect to the wifi which only seemed to be working on the ground floor.

I really appreciated the staff at this hotel, who were very friendly and serviceable. My room was clean, well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a large selection for a hotel of this standing. Air-conditioning worked well which was appreciated during a rather hot time in Alger. The neighborhood was nice and easy to walk around, with plenty of shops and restaurants.

One of the employees at breakfast tried to overcharge us for a bottle of water for 300 dinar instead of 100 dinar because we were foreigners. Thankfully the receptionist was honest and charged us the correct price. We shared this with the receptionist at checkout but they didn’t really care. Definitely needs improvement when it comes to customer service.

There was construction opposite the property and it was difficult to find a taxi including Yessir. The staff tried very hard to eventually get us a taxi.

The location is great for visiting museums and restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and the rooms and spacious.

The pricing seemed to be on the higher side; there are comparable options available at this rate or even lower. An inconvenience was that the hotel locked its main door at 1am, necessitating guests to knock in order to gain entry.

The hotel's prime location on the renowned Sidi Yahia Street, known for its vibrant atmosphere until late hours, offering a variety of delightful dining, cafes, and desserts. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, featuring an exceptionally comfortable bed.
