“The staff members at the reception were very kind, always willing to help. I found the staff members in the restaurant very shy avoiding eye contact with the clients which stopped me from asking them anything as I didn't want to put them in an unpleasant situation. But then I ended up not getting things that I wished for. The room was very small and there was not really enough space to put your luggage. The bathroom was pretty ok. On the other hand, the room was very quiet at night and the bed was really comfortable. When we arrived to the hotel there was power outage in the whole neighborhood including the hotel so we couldn't use the elevator and climb the stairs up to the seventh floor. The power outage obviously stopped the A/C as well which was unpleasant in the middle of the summer. Luckily the outage didn't last long. And I also acknowledge that there is not a lot the hotel can do about this.”
