They hosted my wedding, and they did it beautifully.

Food wasnt the best

good value for money- decent food, pool and beach. rooms are also spacious and facilities kept clean

Was always so clean , the food in general are very good and good quality , the beach was the best part from my vacation, really clean and nice water , I will definitely repeat this location.

I had small issue with my private pool , the light didn’t work so I couldn’t used for 4 days , they take it so much time for fixed and I most reported several times , also a few things inside the room didn’t work properly, tv control , small light for make up and the iron , all those stuff they should check it out before renting the room they should do better about this small stuff .

The hotel is small, and there’s not much to do after two days. The beach is very beautiful, with plenty of sun loungers.

The food is of very average quality, and after two days I had stomach pain. The rooms are clean but very old. The pillows were uncomfortable, making it impossible to sleep well.

The entertainment staff had a great 1 hour show "El show de la estrellas" it was really well organized and professional.

We booked Viva V Samana for what we hoped would be a romantic and memorable getaway, instead, we left disappointed. We stayed in a bungalow with a private pool, which sounds dreamy, except the pool light was broken from day one and never got fixed. Despite multiple requests, no one followed up. In general the hotel personnel were disengaged and unhelpful, with little understanding of even basic hospitality. The buffet food was equally underwhelming, bland, repetitive, and far from the level you expect at a supposed high-end resort. My fiancé had worked for weeks coordinating a surprise romantic dinner proposal through the hotel. On the big day, nothing was prepared. The table was awkwardly set in a common area surrounded by people in sun loungers, candles weren’t even lit, and no one took responsibility. Staff passed us from one person to another. In the end, we walked to the beach and watched the sunset alone, thankfully salvaging the moment despite the hotel’s complete negligence. Viva V Excursions: Avoid at All Costs! We booked two excursions through the on-site Viva V Excursions team, and both were disasters. 1) Horseback Ride to El Limón Waterfall: We were picked up at 7:40 AM, only to sit through a 45-minute sales pitch about chocolate and mamajuana. The horseback “adventure” turned out to be a donkey for my fiancé, with every animal led by a handler in a slow, single-file line. We were separated, uncomfortable, and barely had 15 minutes at the waterfall before heading back. 2) Catamaran Sail & Snorkeling Tour (or so we thought):This was the ultimate bait-and-switch. At 7:40 AM, just as we were being picked up, José Luis (the vendor) and Joaquín (the tour guide) informed us that the sailing catamaran was “broken”. However, they reassured us we’d still get the exact same experience — only difference being that we’d be on a motorboat instead. That was a lie. We were placed on a crowded ferry with over 40 people and sent on a completely different excursion.

Coson Beach Is The Best In The World. Clear water, calm, relaxed, palms, anything you can dream of in the caribbean.

Attention of front desk staff. The food in the main restaurant was just ok. Go for a reservation in one of the restaurants.

This resort is a paradise, you can find everything, drinks, food, some sports water, tennis, gym, 4 restaurants, the staff is willing to help, the beach is clean, there are no children, and there is low noise. For sure we will return to this place.

Overall, we found the hotel wonderful, as the staff makes your stay a pleasant one. We stayed in bungalow 4331 from June 8th to 13th. Our housekeeping, Verenise, was super friendly. The food was varied and of the highest quality; special thanks to the chef. The evening theater activities were great. The beach and the views were heavenly. A special mention goes to YOCAYRI, the waitress at the beach bar, who, with a smile and very professional service, prepared the best mojitos in the world for us every day.

The pool at the bungalow, despite the fact that they pass by to collect the garbage that falls into it, does not look hygienic. And something that I do want to refer to negatively is the EXCESSIVE staff at the front desk, at times we counted 12 people who did not even smile at you or respond when you said Good Morning. As I said, we stayed in the bungalows so we had to spend all our time in front of it and unfortunately it seems that they do not have the appropriate education or training and I would like you to value that because it is the first impression that the guest receives.
