The noise as axresultbofcslamming doors travels effortlessly in the hotel which can be annoying

Unfortunately, 1 of the reception staff purposely gave wrong info regarding certain facilitations of the hotel, just to suit her own ease of life. The cleaning staff should stop yelling in the corridors in the morning, so the night crawlers have a smoother sleep. The swimming pool could use some restauration. They should enforce their non-smoking rule in the building. The corridors frequently stank from marihuana. Nice to have: A door tag, please do not disturb, to prevent the staff from entering the room while you sleep.

Great location. Spot on near the beach and you don't hear any of the noise from the street. Great value for money. The staff is nice and very friendly.

The room was only cleaned twice in a week. The towels were only changed twice also.

I had problem with my internet as it did not work as expected. Though I had someone come check it and provide me with an alternative, this alternative however, was not fast enough as I could only get about 5-6 Mbps. Further, the towels were old and you could feel them rip when stretched a little bit (I would strongly recommend replacing them ASAP). In addition, the toilet flushing system is not the best in my opinion as it takes multiple attempt to have it drained.

My view was spectacular as the pool was right in my good view. The cleaners were always onsite cleaning and making sure the surrounding is serene. The pool was cleaned multiple times a day to ensure it's pristine for everyone's use.

Some of the guests reserved loungers around the pool, with towels, from the early hours with no intention of using them until much later. They felt very entitled!

The property was lovely, the vibe was chill and the housekeeping and maintenance staff were pleasant and helpful. It SHOULD have been wonderful - I wanted it to be wonderful because we were celebrating Valentine's Day, my BDAY and our anniversary. But we had a few hiccups. When we arrived, my husband went to wash his hands and the water in the sink wouldn't go down and there was no hot water. Also the AC was not functioning well. We informed reception and then went to dinner. When we returned from dinner there was still no hot water, and now, no AC. The reception informed us that none of this could be addressed until the next day, which was Valentine's Day. The bulk of Valentine's Day was spent indoors while they put in a new water heater and AC. We basically lost a day Frankly, all this should have been addressed BEFORE we arrived as we had booked our "superior" room at the end of November and it was now February. In addition, among the kitchen items there was no bottle opener - an essential item everywhere. We bought one. There was also no dish drainer. My husband and I have traveled all over the DR and have never had to pay for water, and it's always been on top of a dispenser - especially in a "superior" room. This is not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to know in advance. Also, when toiletries are included, we shouldn't have to ask for them. ***Frankly, it would have made all the difference if someone from management actually contacted us about the inconvenience and offered some sort of compensation, but that didn't happen. Personally, I believe that this property is totally up to the task of being absolutely wonderful and we would definitely return to experience that.

We had the groundfloor room and the bathroom had no extractor fan just a window which was really problematic as after we opened it the room was full of mosquitoes. Also the fridge was broken and very loud as the door wasn’t closing. No hot water in the shower. Not a huge problem as it was warm but a hot shower would be prefered. Luckily after the Mosquito-gate the staff arranged for us to swap rooms and the one on first floor was much better. To reach the beach is necessary to cross a busy road. Generally the cars were stopping for us but with children we didn’t like to cross the road to often. Overall not a bad stay but would probably choose a hotel on the beachfront for future stays.

The staff at the property were very nice , friendly and helpful. Generally we enjoyed our stay. The room was good size, clean, comfortable beds and good sized pool. All togheter decent hotel with a great breakfast caffee FreshFresh just on the door step.

A section of the property in the back is in disrepair and looks unsightly. Also, I had to change rooms several times due to broken locks, non-working TV, etc

I didn't like the fact that I was paying 958$ cdn through this company and at arrival to hotel I payed 1250% cdn and very unhappy with the overcharge through this app and most likely will never use it again!!

Our room did not have a coffee maker. As an early riser, I had to wait until one of the nearby coffee shops was open each morning. Also we were given a colored wrist band to identify us as guests. while out of the hotel it looked silly.

I like the room I had, which was facing the pool, just a few steps from my balcony. The quiet and peaceful surroundings within the complex. The location near the beach and restaurants.
