My only recommendation is that toilet was having problems with the pushing so made it difficult to get it to work. You had to hold it down for 10 seconds just for it work.

Food at restaurant was amazing! Views from my room and the space in my room was perfect! I would come back again with my family. Amazing staff that treat you like family.

The false promise of 2 tennis courts. There were only the unkempt remains of what were once 2 hard courts. To play on them now would actually be dangerous. Impossible to understand why such a lovely hotel would allow the courts to deteriorate - then brag about having 2 courts.

Everything - view, 2br room, great breakfast - all except the false promise of 2 tennis courts! The courts were horrible, even dangerous for playing. I’m a player; my son is a tennis professional. We were shocked that what once may have been playable courts were allowed to deteriorate - and still be advertised! Truly bait and switch in an otherwise wonderful hotel.

You need a car to go to town, but the front desk can arrange a taxi for you. It is a 5-minute drive.

The location is stunning, featuring a pool by the ocean, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets overlooking the sea and sailboats. The food was good.

It leaks many places when it rains. The use of space in the rooms are not well thought out. It needs maintenance. The restaurants are not good and are expensive. Smoke from the pizzeria got on clothes left outside. The staff should be trained better.

I paid for an ocean view, received a very partial ocean view. I complained and changed rooms after the first night. There are only 2 options for night dining. They should really promote the rooms with full kitchens!

Amazing gateway, location is just amazing if you would like to escape from the city noise, relax, enjoy the beauty of the nature. As for the dog owners is amazing how pet friendly they are. Dogs get plates, food and even room services menu.

Food was ok but lots of dishes missing from breakfast menu (avocado or bananas were in short supply which is odd) more Dominican food options would have been nice. There were lots of events and excursions that guest could have access to, but next to no communication from the hotel that these were happening which is a shame.

Would have preferred the 28% be included in the prices on the menus. The room we stayed in wasn’t equipped with enough silverware, but we managed.

The staff was friendly, they were always willing to assist, and the restaurants weren’t overly expensive.
