    Numerous pools and family friendly activities throughout the property.

    Limited restaurant options on Saturday night, most weren’t open per app. Also slow check in process even with sun club room wasn’t ready on time.

    I liked the food of the dinning restaurants, the breakfast, the lunch and the snacks were to simple and non variety

    The breakfast, the lunch, the snacks, nobody restocked the minibar or cleaned the room, IT WAS WAY DIFFICULT TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR DINENE BECAUSE THEY HAVE MORE PEOPLE THAN SPACE

    The check-in was a 2 hours wait on a lane and the workers are rude when you ask a question about your concerns and they mentioned parking and they park your car on the road outside the resort.

    Some of the staff members were really nice

    Starting with the check in, we had to wait 2 hours for our rooms, then the front lobby agent forgot to charge us for the room, and started to call us at 7am. Check out was also a chaos!!

    The food.

    Aspects of my room appeared to have undergone some work. Some areas of the bathroom could have been better. The room could have better furnishings. The well of dead seaweed was awful and prevent me from using the beach. The English proficiency of workers could be improved as they affected effective communication.

    The location was okay. As for the food, it was decent. The hotel should have a menu of Dominican food more than one day. My understanding it's only on Tuesdays.

    I understand the hotel is going under construction, however, the staff is not friendly, has mood swings and overwhelmed with the amount of tourist. They were some staff that were very nice, friendly and great customer service.

    There was a good variety of foods during each meal time at the buffet. The nightly entertainment was good.

    Carts being rolled down the hallways early in the morning. Housekeeping knocking on our door at an early hour when we’re on vacation. Housekeeping shouting up and down the hallways to each other while we were trying to sleep in

    I'll tell you what we did not like. Absolutley disappointed with the seating arrangements of breakfast buffet restaurant Kaleidoscope. WHY DO WE HAVE TO STAND IN LONG LINES- when realistically there is plenty of tables that were empty inside. Ridiculous. You'll need to let go of that PANCAKE LADY. She is not doing any favor making us pancakes. So slow and so not polite, not even a smile on her face. She hates her job.

    I think the staff management was very poor and disappointing. The service was very bad. I had a water flood in the room that we were staying- while taking shower- the whole room got flooded as the water would not drain and they dont have a curb to prevent from getting out of the bathroom. I called for service - housekeeping- it took them two hours to show up. I had to call more than 5-6 times for them to send someone to clean up the room and dry it out. Dining reservations were not organized property. Using the APP on the phone was so complicated.
