Weak alcohol, and not playing music for guest to enjoy, seems like everywhere only play for themselves, especially the club... Music horrible.

I loved the entertainment, and the staff OMG awesome people. They are like family...

rooms smelt like mold and extremely cold rooms, one staff in particular working in the adults only bar was quiet rude wasnt very nice to my daughter snd would give her dirty looks when speaking to her or just walking by

Some of the staff treat you differently depending on your nationality, at the buffet.

I like the staff attention , besides one occasion a hostess made me feel outlasted like l didnt belong there with the eyes , but overall l liked it

Variety of the buffette. They usually run out of dishes, glasses and food and take a while to replace them. Rooms are big but beds don’t.

I asked for a hair dryer for each of the 6 days we were there and never received one. Also, making reservations was extremely difficult.

The staff was absolutely amazing, especially Felix our bellboy and Emmy at our check-in. They immediately made us feel like family!!!

the food could have been better but in my experience this is always the case at an all inclusive. in particular, it was tricky being a vegetarian at times but I’d still return.

the facilities were great, the beach was wonderful, the location was excellent and the price was really reasonable.

Couple of glitches with lights/switches in room. And shower could have done with rubber strip at bottom of door to stop water leaking. But I would go back to this resort without hesitation

The food is not good, barely any seasoning, not lots of variety, desserts are all bad.

I didn't like that some of the food places closed early and the pool closes at 9pm maybe due to the shows at night but its good to note. I also felt my room wasn't as cool as the thermostat said but overall a really nice resort.

I love how friendly everyone was and the food was great most of the time, my favorite restaurant was Chopsticks for sure a 10/10 compared to some other food locations. The drinks were also great and "the drink of the day" was really a fun way to try different drinks. The live entertainment at night was great as well, so if you have kids or want to take a family vacation it has a lot of things to do for kids and adults all day. The location is great for excursion pickups.

I really don’t have any complaints. We were both very happy and would return and recommend others to stay with you.

Everything was in close proximity and very clean. For the most part the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

The rooms were a little outdated and the people above us were walking like they were stampeding every morning and evening. I thought it was non smoking but people in room above had the smell.of.smoke coming through my vent daily. Also there were no dressers to put our clothes so I had to live out of my suitcase

I loved the staff they were very observant of our needs. Amd the bed was so comfortable I got the rest that i needed daily

Great staff I can't remember all names but Esmeralda, Pedro, Jose, Yonaida, abril, Jose, Ana, Glayvin, Sandra, Chocolate, Aderson, Diana and others were all great customer service. The food, drinks, operational facility, beach and ocean view, bars, snacks, pools, disco, night shows, etc, they were all great. Great place for a vacation.

The breakfast, the lunch, the snacks, nobody restocked the minibar or cleaned the room, IT WAS WAY DIFFICULT TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR DINENE BECAUSE THEY HAVE MORE PEOPLE THAN SPACE

I liked the food of the dinning restaurants, the breakfast, the lunch and the snacks were to simple and non variety
