Nothing- this is a complete scam that Booking.com will not help you with when you fall victim to it. Be careful, they also have other properties in the area- check that marketing pictures do not look the same

- Ant infestation - AC that doesn’t work - Water in shower and taps smells like rotten eggs - Not beachfront as advertised - Old and dirty - Looks nothing like the pictures - Staff who don’t respond to queries

I like the pool

Really bad service. We stayed for 7 days, they never clean the rooms . They don't bless you with what you bought them. There where cockroaches all around the room. We have children and they changed our room because the air conditioning never works, and the other one worked at half speed. The receptionist helped us with what she could.

I liked the choice of plants in the garden

Even before checking in I was asked to go and inspect the room to see if was of my liking, it was not but I was already in punta Cana without any other room booked so we HAD to stay. The hotel IS NOT beachfront, The stairs up to the room was dirty so the walls, there’s was a table in the room that’s was not wiped The fan I. The room had visible dust hanging out , it seem that it has not been wiped/washed in months The water coming from the tap and shower had a foul smell The chairs and table in the balcony were stained and filthy The tv in The room did not work When arrived to Los corales nobody knew “sunny studios deluxe” had to find a police officer to help me find the place, in the front of the building was a sign with another name I felt taken advantage of and lied to

Nothing. I was redirected to a completely different property than what I booked, and nothing matched the description.

I booked a beachfront hotel but was sent to a place called Sol Caribe, far from the beach. The tap water smelled like sewer water, the environment was unpleasant, and the receptionist admitted this scam happens often, then laughed and refused to help. Booking.com confirmed the property didn’t respond, but still only offered a partial credit instead of the full refund they promised. This property also appears under several fake names on Booking.com.

The room was small, old, stuffy. Tv and air conditioning did not work well. Small roaches in the horrible dirty kitchen. Bathroom smelled like pee and it was all rusty. The beds were old and smaller than what was advertised. Loud music from across. The door locks were horrible, broken and old. We saw 6 different apartments and apart from the size, they were all just as bad. The office was full of creepy looking fellows. The parking lot was full of people selling rooms somewhere else.

The buffet breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. I slept so well thanks to the amazing bed. The garden was full of butterflies and birds.

The mattress and pillows were of great quality. I loved the shaded garden area with benches. The pool was never crowded. The staff were attentive and kind.

The breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious every morning. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable. The garden outside our window was full of tropical flowers. The pool was peaceful and clean. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. You can tell they love working there. Their warmth made a big difference.

The breakfast had options for everyone, including healthy smoothies and indulgent treats. We looked forward to it every day. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had.

The pool was huge and clean, surrounded by palm trees and birds. It felt like a tropical oasis. Great for both swimming and relaxing!!
