The adults-only area is very nice and everything, but it’s way too quiet. There are no nighttime activities—it feels like they send you to bed early. The food is relatively good. The pool bar closes at 6 pm and the pool at 7 pm, meaning you can’t use the facilities after that time. Very boring.

Some of the staff were a bit rude or unfriendly and I’m not sure if it’s because they were overworked. The entertainment for the adult side was minimal and some point we wondered if anybody was at the hotel with how empty it was during the night. The spa staff that walk the grounds at some point felt like they were assaulting us because they want people to spend money to go to the spa. They even ran us down at one point. This was very uncomfortable.

Not very hospitable. Air conditioner worked for one day and not work for the remainder of my trip. Complained several times and no one accommodated. Was very hard to get clean towels, room was not really cleaned daily.

I didn’t like the fact that room service wasn’t working on the TV. and when I decided to call them. They answered and hang up the phone.

I liked the location of this property. Also the house keeping ladies were very polite.

There were smells in the air at times. It could have been due to the seaweed on the beach but sometimes it smelled like sewer problems. This did not affect our stay and we did not smell it in the room. The smell seemed to be more prominent on the family side. Some of the buffet food was just average and not as good as the sit down and order restaurants. Overall we had a great time with our family.

The service was good other than a long wait for check in. Staff was all friendly and accommodating! Food and service in the restaurants where we sat down and ordered was great!

The power in my room went out for almost 4 hours before anyone came to fix the issue. The room was uncomfortable during that time until it was fixed.

The room service chat could have been better. It just takes too long for them to answer the request. Many times I would just go down to the marketplace and eat. I did not like the Italian food restaurant. The lasagna meat taste like mince meat. And it took long for them to serve me a drink. The steakhouse was great. But again it took a long time for me to get a drink and I was alone. But the food and service was amazing.

The room service is bad with the chat. The food was good. The steak and potatoes were great. The woman that cleaned my room was great. George who works up front was so helpful to me. I appreciated them being so kind.

There needed to be more consistent entertainment options during the day around the pool area. Also there needs to be maintenance performed on the hot tubs that are in the master suite rooms, ours was disgustingly dirty even after trying to clean it, when we tried to turn it on, all types of stuff were coming out of it, so we couldn’t even use that feature of the room.

A number of very noisy events in central pool courtyard - were very glad we had chosen garden view. Reservation of beach loungers from 6am should be controlled/ eliminated.

Food at buffets better than expected for an AI. Booked a meal at Koi Asian a la carte food was very poor. And being next to the Teppanyaki and open plan it was like eating in a circus arena rather than the quiet relaxing meal we were seeking. Beach excellent

Even though I was not looking for a party destination, it was entirely dead. At night there was only one bar open in the lobby of the hotel. Nobody was outside. No music or anything on the property. And the food was the worst I’ve ever had at all inclusive. The food was so bad that I probably won’t go back even though I liked the rest of the resort a lot.

Beautiful beach, beautiful pools. Property looks very new. Our room was fantastic quiet and calm property. Not the place to go if you’re looking to party.

No top shelf liquor was included, you had to pay for it. We arrived on Friday, and were able to only reserve one of the speciality restaurants for Sunday night because they were booked up on app.

All of the staff were friendly and professional. Jerry, the entertainment staff was our favorite. He was great! The check in process was easy.

There were SEVERAL restaurants we wanted to try but couldn’t due to needing a reservation (EVEN WHEN IT WAS EMPTY), the best entertainment shows were offered on the family side wish more variety shows would have been offered on the adult side (it was all the same, singing and dancing whereas the family side had so much more of a variety). They would not allow you to bring food out to take to the beach and only 1 “food truck” that only had burgers on the beach. Would have loved to be able to order food in the beach or at least grab food from one of the restaurants and bring it to the beach.

Property was clean and beach was nice. Offered entertainment and had a variety of pools and restaurants to choose from. Not every bar was great but found a few that were and sort of stuck to those!

A woman from the resort’s customer service helped us to downgrade from an ocean view to a garden view once our plans had changed. We got to the resort and they informed us we had been moved over to the non-adults only side, which is not what we wanted. The desk staff only offered us to stay at the regular resort, or pay $250 extra per night to move to the adults only side. We showed them online how the two resorts were the same price, but they did not care. So we ended up canceling our existing reservation and booking online at the adults only and saved $1000. It made no sense why they couldn’t help us, and they truly did not care about our situation. There were some nice staff members at the resort, but overall it seemed like guests were not very welcomed into the country. The buffet food was below average. If you didn’t go when they first set food out, it all became room temperature. We didn’t have a hot meal until two days into the trip when they could finally get us a reservation at a dinner restaurant. That was another issue, we went to book dinner reservations the first morning we were there and they could only get our party of 5 a reservation at the hibachi grill on one night. They claimed nothing else was available. You’re paying a lot of money to be there, yet you are forced to eat buffet food for most meals. We did learn from another guest that if you walk around at night and ask for any openings at a restaurant and slip the host some cash, you could probably get in. We did that after two nights of buffet food, and they acted like they were so busy with upcoming reservations that the 37 tables were about to be packed. We were sat right by the host stand, and only 5 more tables were sat the rest of the night. It never got busy. It was frustrating to know we could be accommodated but they were trying so hard to force us into the buffets. I could understand if they were short staffed, but there were plenty of people working.

Location was fairly close to the airport. The resort was clean and well maintained.

The hours of operation for many of the accommodations were short. The pool closed early. There were many options for late night food. If there is a club and people are drinking there should be more food options for maybe 24/7 room service so things can be ordered.

The resort was beautiful!! Beautiful beach, nice set up of cabanas, bar right at the beach with staff coming around to take drink orders. The staff was very nice and accommodating. If there was an issue it was addressed in a timely manner.
