The staff at this resort was exceptional they were full of energy very welcoming. The food here was very good. We loved the vibe the energy that the staff brought when it came to pool party and clubs

First thing in the morning you can hear the other room doors squeaking open and shut hard as rooms were offered bottles of water or patrons left rooms. These sounds woke us up and I first thought there was some kind of construction but it was not. This can be fixed by applying some fix to the doors to limit the noise. The bathroom items were not all replaced consistently such as floor mat, soap and Kleenex tissues during cleaning. We had to request this. Seaweed on the beach was a problem and we did not spend time there as we planned. Some of it was cleared on the third day we were there but still overall an issue. Could add entertainment for families with kids such as movies under the stars etc. in both Spanish and English. The large entertainment area was unused during the day and could be used for daytime activities for breaks for kids from the pool and beach.

The resort setup, decor, amenities and variety of areas for patrons to eat and be entertained such as restaurants, casual pop in places and pool options including water parks was excellent. The rooms were in very good condition and lot of thought put into layout and comfort. There is attention to detail in all aspects and staff made sure everyone had a great time. Place was very clean and the recent renovations are good for everyone including families.

As a recommendation, the hotel needs more activities and shows during the day in the pool , and at night they need more entertainment, because all the activities is doing outside the resort .

The associate neglected to provide towel cards at checkin which created confusion and hassle. Response to warm room temperature took too long. I also got sick after eating at Agave. I suspect due to unsanitary conditions.

The ocean had a lot of seaweed so we didn't go in the ocean.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was not that great. Not much around outside of the resort.

A select frw of employees only tended to you if they thought you were a big tipper. Steak house food was good but the size of the steak leaves you needing more. And bowl slide needs to have depth posted. Average pool is 2 feet the bowl slide feels like 9 feet deep.

Ambiance, pool, restaurants, room, most employees were welcoming and warm. Food overall was good. Cleanliness of the whole resort. They cleaned the room multiple times, even after 9pm they would knock and ask if you had garbage or dishes you wanted them to take.

well, the property was beautiful. The food was not that great. The variety to eat was very limited. There was an enormous amount of American food and not a great amount of Dominican food which greatly disappointed me because this is why I traveled to the Dominican Republic. Hopefully they can have less Americanized meals and more authentic Dominican meals.

property had a beautiful scenery. The staff was very nice and it really made you feel like you were in paradise would definitely visit again.

I didn’t like the food and we had to wait a long time to get towels for the room which we didn’t get, but had to wait until the next day to get them off the cart our selves. SOME of the staffs were not very attentive, but a very small group of them.

I liked the rooms they were spacious and the resort was nice had a lot to offer. I would say MOST of the staff were great & very friendly.

the property is so huge that there is a lot to offer for kids and family. a good amount of restaurants which was pretty good too staffs were all friendly and kind. Highly recommend this place

I didn’t like that at one restaurant on a beach the staff told us we couldn’t come in with bathing suits it’s on a beach but others were in there with bathing suits on I think it was because of our body frame also we had on coverups

The beach is a little hidden by the palm trees so after a certain time it’s best to go with a group.

The workers made the trip so much better. Very kind people. The waiter Yenny was such a sweetheart. She definitely needs a promotion.

The buffet food was not my favorite, though the restaurants were decent, especially the steak house and mexican food!

The staff was very friendly, always smiling and willing to be helpful. The property was sparkling clean and had everything I could want or need!
