Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomEverything was good, if not very good, but if I had to really be picky, then I would say that the area around the sink in the bathroom was very tight and no shelf to place toiletries, but that may have been just my room (402).
Great location, courteous staff, nice rooms, VERY comfortable bed. Also good breakfast and (very important for me at least) proper and guarded on-site private parking (so many hotels say they have parking, but actually they mean on the street or nearby car park where you have to pay extra!) More than happy to recommend this hotel to others.

United StatesNo microwave on the rooms. Also it would be great to update the tv size. They’re about 32’ maybe even a bit smaller. Those two things would make the stay better however based and location, cleanliness, and staff i would still book with them again.
Clean, excellent location, no rental car was needed because all of my Uber rides were less than $9 being it’s a centralized location. This is actually my second time staying there. The first time I booked directly with the Hotel however they told me after breakfast was not included. This time i booked thru booking .com and the price was exactly the same with breakfast included. The staff was great always smiling and speaking. They also gave help with food recommendations
