CanadaPools not so clean. Never seen anyone clean pools. Service at steak house and blue moon very slow. Items on menu sold out if you have late night reservation. Exhaust fan and ac not working in Japanese restaurant. I would like more wine selection by glass, not just one red, rose, white. (8 ounces for $10 is ok). Price too high for one bottle of wine from menu and i cant drink one bottle of wine at once ( solo traveller).
Friendly staff from waiters to bell boy, bartenders, guest services, privelege , speak good English, great food selection.. privilege restaurant food and service was great.

United StatesThe cleaning crew barely cleaned our room, and we found pieces of fake nails in our bathroom from a past guest or the staff. Also, room service took more than an hour to arrive, and the food was always cold. The buffet wasn't that great. Most of the food was cold or felt a bit old. The check-in process was long!
Very friendly staff, the room was very spacious, and the restaurants were really good, especially Sakura. Also, the pools were really fun.

United StatesI just could not get much to eat for breakfast . I do not eat pork and just wanted some turkey or beef products for. Breakfast . I read lots of reviews for the burgers and they were correct .They were the worse I ever had . How do you mess up a burger . They did have some really good food choices for dinner during the buffet . My husband got hurt by falling out of the hammock that broke. No one was concerned about his health except Elvin . He was so nice and attentive anxiously asked how things were going. My husband was hurt there and they wanted to charge 200 for the doctor’s visit . Room service can be improved The staff was extremely nice but sitting in a presentation for 2.5 hours was extremely difficult. They did compensate you with a nice gift . I was promised a gift for myself and husband. We only received one gift to share . The furniture in the main lobby could use an update. Most of the cushions had visible stains in them . They could stand a cleaning at least once per week .
The staff was extremely attentive and nice . I will come back just for the staff ❤️❤️. . The staff was so great!!! I wish my husband could be more involved but he hur his back after the hammock broke . I paid a total of 5,000 for my trip and love it . I wish my husband could of enjoyed it also .

United StatesThe beach, the beach, is a coral reef, which is impossible to safely swim on. It was very disappointing as a beach lover. To the right of the property, you have a small section that had a sandy beach, and then a cove on public land was to the left side of the property. Finally, keep in mind that February is a college break for Canadian students, making it impossible to actually get a beverage at some of these pool bars as they over took them with a crowd. Being woken at 1am by a rowdy group of college students screaming and yelling outside our balcony breaking lamp posts was very disheartening and disturbing.
The staff and food at this resort were on top, and the bed was comfortable . The staff were very welcoming leaving us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary, with a note left in our frig we got our mini bar stocked every morning. The multiple swimming pools with a lazy river. Multiple pool bars and restaurants to choose from. The staff welcomed us upon arrival. Please remember that these staff members rely on rips to survive and will greatly increase your overall experience.
