The car service they sent charged me USD 100, when the normal price (I later learned) would be USD 20-30. I mentioned what happened at the front desk, but they were not interested in helping me out.

United StatesComplications with key card, food not that good, not much activity around the pool. Also had an incident with purchasing alcohol and staff said I couldn’t take it off my bill even though we never receive the bottle. Ended up leaving the bottles and still having to pay for both of them.
Beautiful resort, lots of amenities, clean and spacey rooms, and beautiful views. Workers were extremely nice and accommodating.

GermanyHot water wasn´t working once and some of the bathroom facilities were in bad condition. Having a considerable number of european tourists, the poll was full of ´covered ´ seats and the staff was not enforcing the rule of not leaving abandoned towels for long time. Be aware if you want to get a place by the pool. We tried italian and mexican restaurants for the sake of variety, but both were to be skipped because the food was poor, even though the staff did a good job of servicing on time.
The resort's location is simply outstanding. Our room was situated near the main swimming pool, offering a stunning view of the beach on the horizon. Although the main restaurants were a bit far from our room, the hotel provided convenient rides back and forth, or we could enjoy a pleasant walk filled with charming details, both during the day and at night. I truly felt immersed in the Caribbean atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and adequately equipped, though some aspects could use improvement. Visiting during the off-season, we appreciated the calm ambiance, with the occasional lively activity around the pool kept to an acceptable level. Noise levels overall were very low. The beach was exceptional—clean, with plenty of space to relax. Do yourself a favor and wake up early to witness the breathtaking sunrise. Both buffets, especially the one near the lobby, were the highlights for dining, offering a variety of delicious options. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all requests, even though they appeared to be understaffed. The gym was well-located and equipped with everything you might need, although towels were unavailable for a couple of days due to a laundry issue. A special thanks to the lobby staff who went the extra mile to help us check in despite a significant issue with our credit card. Hats off to their dedication and professionalism!

AustraliaThere were a couple of issues that if better would have made our stay more enjoyable. We had to go to the lobby 8 times for replacement key cards as our cards continuously stopped working, they told us it was our phone or credit card that was wiping them, but it happened regardless of whether they were near our phones or not. Each time it took 30 mins to get the issue sorted. The service from the staff was variable, some totally ignored you, others appeared cold, whilst a few were amazing. The check in process needs an overhaul, it took an hour for us, they also upgraded our room and then we got our keys, we were told we were in the original room, there was no explanation. Check out was also a challenge with the in-hotel buggy arriving 40 mins late to pick up bags. There was also a fire alarm that flashed directly above our bed which was super annoying at night when trying to get to sleep.
The pools were excellent and Splash Island was a real highlight for the kids, it was easy to get food and drinks beside the pool, so you could spend all day there. The ground were also beautiful. The food was great, as were the drink options. So the resort has ticks in a lot of the right places.

Peru* drivers drove fast their trains and there were not many trains to Transport people * the towels were gone! * They did not replenish the drinks in the room's minibar * The makis at the Japanese experience restaurant were frozen. * There was no indication of what drinks you could order at the bar and you had to guess what you could get and they tasted a lot like alcohol.

United StatesLevel check-in was very disorganized. We arrived well before the check in time probably about 130 and we did not make it to our room and have our luggage all sorted out until almost 5:30 PM. We did make it to the pool that night and, however, it was just a very long travel day. It took a long time to even get bracelets on us, so we were trapped in the lobby and couldn’t go do anything while they took care of other things. Half of our group of 15 got sick with a stomach bug. Also encountered some rude staff but mostly everyone was nice. We had a concierge who went above and beyond for my family, but not for others in our same party who were at a different hotel building (same level service, different size room.)
Pool options. Bars had pretty good liquor and drinks. Bartenders were all really cool. Pretty decent nightlife programs, something to do for everyone every night.

United StatesFood and beverage left a lot to be desired. We tried the Mexican, Italian and beach grill speciality restaurants and were pleased, however, the buffets were not good. Buffets lacked variety, food was warm at best (despite going shortly after opening). All bartenders were friendly, but quality of beverages were not up to standard, draft beers were flat, mixed drinks watered down and frozen drinks more syrupy than slushy. We travel to all inclusive resorts regularly and certainly are not expecting Michelin star quality, but would say this resort missed the mark in achieving the basics. We also felt that the swimming pools were below average for Punta Cana. The grounds staff kept the pool deck and water clean, but the pool themselves were outdated and not as aesthetically pleasing as depicted in advertising photos.

United StatesWell , i didn’t like the fact that we wait 40 minutes in line for them to help us with the check in, and there were people in line but also people that skipped it and the front desk staff won’t tell them nothing. They didn’t explain us how the hotel works , so you will find out that some areas are for “Level guests” ( VIP kinda thing). Also they charged us $45 ( Dollars (all day service 9:00 am to 6:00pm ) for beach bed , only for us to use it for two hours ; since we got there around 4:00 pm and the service closes at 6 . And when I told them that we didn’t know that the bed has a feed they told us to read the sign that is on the beach bed , but I mean the sign doesn’t say anything about “rent, prices , etc “They didn’t gave us the card to get beach towels so we got some issues to get some on the first day; I’m glad the lady was kind and she gave us the towels without it .I think they are short on staff , if you go to the buffet or any of the restaurants just be prepared to wait for a table , for what I see , there wasn’t enough staff to clean tables on time so we saw lots of people mad at the same time . The hotel was huge so they have golf cars and little trains to take you around , but sometimes you won’t see any and they might take over 10 Minutes for you to see one , so we walked around most of the time 😒.
We got a beach side room so the beach was a few steps away. The beach was perfect for the kids very calm . The water park offers 3 different level pools for different ages . Inside the park they have a snacks spot. The hotel counts with lots of different types of activities for kids and adults . Staff are friendly . Huge variety of food options available on the buffet, restaurant has just 3/4 food options. All the food was good except for the desserts . Fresh fruit all the time .
