Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.

La atencion de check in nocturna...nos mal atendio Wilfrido..falto de respeto...por su mala gestion debimos volver al lobby varias veces. El check in en general pareciera q te hacen un favor al recibirte...demoraron mas de una hora en entregar una de las habitaciones....

Comentario auténticoMajestic Mirage es una excelente opción para vacacionar en Punta Cana. Su política de cordialidad con el huésped es excepcional. Por supuesto, en un país donde la mayoría de la gente es grosera, malcayente y que no tiene conciencia sobre la importancia del turismo, el personal del Majestic Mirage es superior. Por supuesto, hay uno que otro miembro del personal que no es muy amable, pero puedo asegurar que el 99% de su personal es especial y nos encanta la importancia y cordialidad con la que trataron a mi hijo de 6 años. No puedo dejar de agradecer a un grupo de empleados que hicieron nuestra estancia maravillosa, ellos son: Mayordomos: Fernando Pérez, extraordinario, muy cordial, buen anfitrión, siempre dispuesto. Nos apoyó el año pasado, por eso lo solicitamos para las vacaciones de 2025. David López, muy gentil, proactivo, amable y muy dispuesto a colaborar. Erisson, supervisor de Fernando y David. Excelente servicio al cliente, muy colaborador, dispuesto a resolver cualquier situación que se le planteó. Muy cordial. Meseros y meseras: Natalia, Maricela y Juan. Nos atendieron en el Market Place y siempre destacaron por su excelente espíritu de servicio. 100 puntos para ellos. Son de lo mejor. En el restaurante italiano nos atendieron Iandra, Albertina y Anthony. Excelentes, maravillosas personas, 100 puntos para ellos. En el restaurante de carnes nos atendieron, Luis, capitán de meseros, y Alejandro. Unos jóvenes maravillosos, con una cordialidad que da gusto. 100 puntos para ellos. Cabe destacar que todos aquellos a quienes mencioné se constituyen en elementos valiosísimos para el Majestic Miraje. Son merecedores de este reconocimiento. Nos hicieron sentir muy bien.
No obstante la comida es muy variada y vistosa, les falta mejorar la sazón. Comimos delicioso en el restaurante italiano y en el de carnes la primera vez que fuimos, en la siguiente, no fue igual, pero es comprensible que la carne era de animales diferentes. Hay uno que otro miembro del personal que no es muy amable, pero son contados. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, pero falta atender algunos detalles mínimos en cuanto a su mantenimiento para que sean excelentes.

Comentario auténticoLa excelente calidad del personal que trabaja en ese hotel, fueron todos muy amables y profesionales en su trabajo. El hotel tiene muchos espacios para el disfrute de los huéspedes, todos con opciones diferentes tanto gastronómicas como de entretenimiento. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas. La zona de playa es magnífica. La comida y bebida insuperable, los restaurantes especializados muy acogedores y la comida exquisita. Antes de finalizar mi comentario quisiera hacer mención a algunos trabajadores que por su empeño y dedicación a su trabajo me dejaron muy buen recuerdo de mi estancia, ellos son: nuestro mayordomo Jean Claude, Alejandro camarero del steakhouse y Noemi en el restaurante italiano, para ellos mis felicitaciones y agradecimiento.
Una recomendación solamente, que pongan más camareros del bar de la playa a atender la zona de las reposeras, había veces que demoraban un tiempo en pasar para tomar órdenes del bar.
