United StatesOur room had a few issues. Water stopped working, our A/C control did not work at all, and the roof inside the bathroom was falling into the shower. Had to have them redo that part of the roof and fix the water issues.
Beautiful property on the beach. Good entertainment, nice restaurants and all the staff is very friendly. Many chairs/loungers on the beach for everyone. Our butler Luis, was amazing. He always checked on us and help with any of our needs. Made our experience much more memorable.

We had a wonderfull holiday. It's our first time here, but we will definetely be back. Our butler, Mayquel, was amazing. He helped us every time we asked for help, he contacted us every day to see if we need something, he made all the restaurant reservation that we requested, so he brightened our vacation. The resort is extraordinary, starting with the public spaces (central market, the teatre, etc), the pools, the diversity of restaurants, the room. And the beach is a dream! Thank you for everything!

United StatesThey implemented a new rule that if you’re staying at the sister hotels you can’t eat or drink at the other sister hotels and that really annoyed us. It was a group of 30 and we weren’t able to enjoy dinners and breakfast together because of this rule. Some of us got confused and booked the sister hotels and couldn’t be moved over to one hotel because it was fully booked, so some had enjoy food and drinks at their hotel and then meet at the beach or pool after. We were there celebrating a birthday and they wouldn’t lets us book dinner reservations in advance but when we got to the resort they told us we could because the place we wanted had been booked fully for a week in advance. Communication could be better in that section.
Absolutely awesome! Food, facilities, communication with some of the staff was great! One of the best all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at. If I go back to punta cana I’m staying here. It’s a big resort, with the right crowd, you’ll def have a blast! It was 30 of us, we had a great time! The shows and dancers were wonderful!

The staff is amazing. The resort is beautiful. They work so hard to give us great experiences and it shows. Pablo made our stay special and effortless. The hydrotherapy spa he set up for us at no charge was amazing. Big shout-out to Tehani who makes the best Martinis in the world!!! My wife absolutely adore her and Tehani to her. They both light up when they see each other. Devers is my brother from a different country. He greats me with love and excitement. His service is second to none. Raphael the pool attendant checked on us every time he passed by, serving us drinks and keeping the pool area tidy. Willy from Seaside, kept us smiling and laughing during every breakfast. The day started right when you had Willy.

Our butler was amazing, very present and was able to fulfill most of our requests throughout our stay. Our room with a separate bedroom and secluded swim up pool was perfect for traveling with an infant. The resort provided a crib that was clean and comfortable. The property had a ton of amenities and was overall well maintained.
