We absolutely loved everything about the place. It’s well designed and managed, quiet, beautiful, with excellent food and very attentive and caring personnel. We booked two rooms which were very spacious and comfortable. The resort facilities provide opportunities for various activities, are well equipped and run. The gym is great. There are several large pools and they were never crowded. The beach is very beautiful. Many thanks to the staff of the hotel who made this stay so enjoyable and pleasant. Overall - a great experience.

Netherlands- The buffet was closed during our stay, which meant less options to eat and every restaurant required a reservation and a precise time. - My husband is allergic to seafood. They asked about allergies and we mentioned it. However, they asked again and again every single time we went to a restaurant. It would be nice if you took note and not ask again. - We were not asked about pillow preferences before our arrival (we heard from other guests that they asked during check in, but that part of the experience was not consistent). The first night I slept terribly because the pillow was too soft for my taste. I asked another kind of pillow and they immediately provided it :) - The airco in the room turns off every xx minutes. I understand this might be more sostainble but the sound it makes when turning off/on was disrupting our sleep constantly. - Last but not least, when leaving the hotel we asked for a boat at a specific time because we had to take our transport. The time of the boat was confirmed and we were there on time. However, they made us wait 30 minutes because of another guest who didnt book a boat and wanted us to wait. The hotel favoured the guest that was late instead of favouring us who were there on time and needed to be on time to catch another transport. Extremely unfair.
The staff, the food, the rooms and the experience overall were nearly perfect. I'm using the word "nearly" because this is an extremely luxurious hotel with an elevated price point, so I'm rating it accordingly

PanamaThe hotel and the location are exquisite. The food can vary from excellent to ok from dish to dish but all that is minor in comparison to the quality of service. This is probably one of the best trained teams I have ever encountered. They have purpose and do everything with pleasure and a smile. It makes for a total luxury experience. The material part which is impecable is nothing in comparison with the experience of being made to feel very special by every member of the team. Congratulations that is luxury hospitality. 👏👏

HungaryCayo Levantado is magical! Amazing natural surroundings, well maintained garden and private beach, excellent staff and service in every details. Our ambassadors truly helped to organize amazing programs, booked diners for us, so made our stay way more than perfect. Yubarta and other recreational programs were amazing. We had a nature walk with a biologist who showed us the ecosystem of the island, and introduced the mission of their garden program. As an all inclusive hotel, we had many delicious and sophisticated food experiences with great hospitality.

The quiet and pleasant ambient The care of staff I want to make a special mention about my ambassador Emmanuela and girls from the waitress staff : Ingrid, Maricarmen, Lidia, Miguelina. They will go out of their way to please you in a very professional fashion. Since my almost yearly visit to Cayo Levantado since 2010, never felt this pleased on my stay. Hopefully it will continue this way.

United KingdomBeware that a Junior suite advertised as having a separate living room and bedroom is actually not a suite at all. It is only one room, this was incorrectly sold to us (not as advertised on booking.com) and the hotel would not move us to remedy the situation. In addition there were several a la carte restaurants on site, none of which we could eat at on any night as there were no spaces. The buffet we were given was passable but not worth what we’d paid. For the most part the staff didn’t seem that happy and the service was painfully slow most of the time, which isn’t really acceptable at an expensive all-inclusive hotel. We wanted to treat ourselves to a couple of nights of luxury but felt mislead and pretty disappointed. Perhaps it was partly to do with the time of year being busy (New Year) but overall the experience was disappointing.
Pool area was lovely as were parts of the hotel. Clean and well kept.
