The rooms were in terrible conditions, I found dead roaches and the bathroom was dirty, the door in the balcony was broken and the AC didn’t worked and they look the longest to fix it and they didn’t even changed the room for me, there is no fun for kids and no fun for adults they don’t even have a club cause they closed it for covid and never reopened it, the only thing that was good was the food, besides that it is a terrible experience for me and my family.

I didn’t like the way they manage my reservation. I did my reservation at the TROPICAL, then when I ARRIVED at hotel they change my room to COFRESÍ . They didn’t help me. I am very upset because I think is not fair, what they did to me. The day before I called them to confirm my reservation and one of the girl told me that everything was good. I don’t recommend the hotel to anybody.

Some parts seem like they never got renovated

There was no parking in the area where we stayed (presidential suites). The resort looked like they were doing renovations which we understand. However, I think clients should be notified before booking.

The staff were helpful. The transportation was on time. The food in the Casablanca buffet was pretty good as well.

My room had the AC linking and we water coming down in the bathroom. My husband complained about t. And it didn’t have a dance place after the show for you can keep dancing and the tv didn’t work. And you need a snack bar. And any more activities also.

Everything is so far. I lost the location sense many times. There are not enough facilities to move around.

Long waiting times, slowly staff, they are expecting tips all the day (if you don’t tip them immediately the quality of the service is decreasing). The facility is old but still fine. We had troubles with shower (weak stream of water), the clothes dryer on the balcony was broken.

Good is that you can visit thematic restaurants (they are really good- but not easy to reserve them), we have access to VIP beach and it was great.

Food, not 1 day of authentic Dominican food at buffet. They tell you all inclusive yet u get no availability to eat at special restaurants for the GOOD food.We had to spend money we needed for food 2 days They allow people to book for the week, VERY UNFAIR You get there and find out you have to be VIP OR HIGHER to enjoy 70% amenities . Drinks are watery!

What I didn’t like was the horrible service that they had it was awful, the bathroom in the room stinks really bad , the beds were very hard when it’s time for breakfast,lunch and dinner they give the same food and don’t put nothing different Also there are roaches in the room which is unacceptable. Also ,couldn’t even get in the beach because it was very dirty it had a lot of seaweed ,which they staff should’ve cleaned before hand. It’s a horrible resort don’t come here.
