We stayed in the one of the larger villas and it was amazing however the top level (sleeping area) did not have adequate AC. Some people need cold 🥶 AC to sleep (like my spouse ) and although the unit had AC, they need to replace the existing one with a larger unit or install an additional unit. This was relayed to Mgmt at site and they are working on it. The stairs leading up to the 2nd level need to be secured better.

The location is a tropical paradise! Gaby the host was amazing and great sense of humor 😎

You do hear vehicles passing by so it isn't too quiet, the property next door also plays bass music in late afternoon to evenings and you'd hear that if you're in the villas towards the end of the pool (breakfast area is at the start of the pool).

Property is clean, the villa is well stocked for arrival with snacks, coffee, water,drinks. The few kittens at the property are a delight to see lounge around. Breakfast was delicious. Gabi is a wonderful host and so very helpful.

The air conditioner didn't cool upstairs down very well.. But the host was really helpful. They offered a fan and the settings for the ac.

I loved how secluded the hotel was. It's just like the pictures, quiet and peaceful. The room was really clean and the staff there was very nice. The host was easily accessible and answered questions promptly. She even worked with us on a late check-in. The best part of the stay were the adorable cats. They were so sweet.

• It was a extreme noisy at night, mostly because of the frogs and other animals around – not a big issue, but good to know if you’re a light sleeper. • The property is slightly on the expensive side, though the experience mostly makes up for it.

• The pool area – you could stay there and chill until late at night, which was really nice and relaxing. • Great location – close to everything, but still surrounded by nature. • Friendly and helpful staff – everyone was kind and made us feel welcome. • Beautiful, visual hotel – very aesthetic and well-designed, great atmosphere. • There were three adorable cats on the property – super sweet and added to the cozy vibe!

The AC doesn’t reach the beds (top floor), so it can be kind of warm. But there is a ceiling fan.

We would have really loved it if one of the doors to the bungalow had glass panels (with a curtain or blind) so that we could see out and let some light in without having to have the door open.

Leeloo Boutique was like a dreamy little oasis in a busy little town! So peaceful and gorgeous, and still so close to everything...shops, restaurants, and beaches. Gabi went out of her way to make sure our anniversary was special and she was always available in person or by messaging. The included breakfast was fresh and tasty, and we were amazed to discover that cold water, beer, and club soda were always available for free!

Very nice bnb with an oasis like feeling inside. Chalet is comfortable but the bed is upstairs. Breakfast variety is limited & it can be improved for the level of bnb. Gabi was very helpful & provided kind & efficient service. Good WiFi & relaxing pool area.

If I really want to be picky: The room is not dark and I could hear the woman setting up fro breakfast so every day of our stay I was up by 7:15

We stayed for 2 nights at this beautiful property. I loved everything about this property. The rooms are spacious and beautiful with a kettle, some snacks, mosquito repellent and a fridge in the room. The 4 poster beds are comfortable. The outside area is beautiful, Instagram worthy, and the pool is lovely! The breakfast was tasty. Walking distance to the beach and nightlife. Gabi, the manager was very helpful!

When I travel with my wife, I generally choose boutique hotels because of the friendly and charming atmosphere and Leeloo was one of the best. The vibe of the hotel and the host (Gabi) were 10 out of 10. So relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

Gabi is so warm and welcoming, always ready to help and support - a born hostess. Water, soft drinks and beer are for the taking. The individual little cabins are lovely. Everything has been thought through for the guests’ comfort. This is an oasis of calm in busy Las Terranas.

The bungalows were so beautiful and comfy. There’s only 5 of them on the property so it really feels like home. Gabi is a wonderful operator/owner. She made me feel like I had a home away from home from the moment I booked. LeeLoo is the perfect spot. I will stay again.

Beautiful place. Good location - close to the beach. Compact, tastefully decorated, everything you need is there, very good service. Super delicious breakfast. I have to honestly say that in a long time this is the only accommodation where everything was in place. A lovely little paradise in Las Terrenas.

The mattress was a little on the uncomfortable side and would need an upgrade. Other than that everything was superb!

Stunning property. Comfortable firm bed on mezzanine level of cosy cottage. Mosquito net!! A really friendly welcome from Gabi the French owner and her smiling staff. Only a few minutes’ walk from the gorgeous Playa Ballenas beach, away from the bustle and noise of Las Terrenas centre. Beautiful salt water pool. Great breakfast.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this boutique hotel in Las Terrenas. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the location, the accommodations, and the warm hospitality from our host Gabi.
