Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesNot always typical music in bars, pool and it bar close to early. Poor recreation activities, principally at night. Beach totally plagued with seaweed.
Nice people serving, attention to details, personalized. We enjoy a special experience with professionals as Wilbher, Cruz, Angel, Eruvier, Randhall, Yensey and much more. Definitely we want to come back.

CuraçaoThe food in all the restaurants was cold when ready to eat, and there was no way to get it warmed up. In the premium restaurant in the lounge, there was a microwave. When we asked to warm up the food, it was not working.
The variety of food you could choose from. The personnel were friendly and gave good service with a smile. My husband was in a wheelchair, and there was always a helping hand for me with the wheelchair. The new patio and premium bar at the beach, we liked it a lot compared to what it was 2 years ago. We, as premium guests, liked the upgrades in the lounge and at the beach. As two elderly clients, we requested a room in the lounge area and ground floor, which they were happy to assist with at the reception.

United StatesThere were ants and cockroaches in the bathroom. – A strong unpleasant smell near our building, like rotten shrimp. The staff said it was from the sea, but the odor was specific to our building — other areas didn’t have this issue. – A few times, there weren’t enough spoons or soup bowls in the buffet — we had to wait for the staff to bring them. – On our last day, housekeeping removed one of the bed sheets and didn’t replace it. – The property is very large — for me, that’s a downside, as I prefer more compact hotels. – The event schedule wasn’t always clear, especially at first — probably due to the size of the resort.
– The food was varied and delicious, with great bars available. – Very friendly and welcoming staff. – We had a personal guest assistant named Jauris, who helped us with à la carte dinner reservations. He was attentive and responsive — I’m very grateful to him! – The hotel grounds were clean and well-maintained. – Great entertainment team — fun and energetic! – Convenient showers near the pools and beach exits. – Despite some downsides, the overall experience was positive, and I would even consider returning to this hotel.

United StatesThe main pool needs some TLC. A lot of pitting at the bottom and it's not very comfortable on the feet. The variety of the buffets was a little lacking, but the food was good. Wide variety in service level at all the restaurants too, but everyone was friendly and welcoming regardless.
Jose, our butler, was amazing! He really went above and beyond during our stay to make sure things were always in good order. Can't recommend him highly enough! The entertainment, especially the nightly shows, were very good. Some of the best we've seen at an all-inclusive resort before.

I was very disapointed with the premium check in process. We have new rep checking up in, without a name tag, he is rude and disrespected. I explained that I had diabetes, and need to eat. He kept running his mouth unecessary. I noticed the rep next to us processed over 7 people in/out he had not completed up.. I had to demand a supervisor and complaint for his slow action, I started to feel ill.

United StatesA lot of the staff members struggle with basic English, our butler didn’t do anything we asked for, cleaning service comes at all sorts of hours so it’s hard to plan your day around that. We would be out of the room all day and the cleaning service would come at like 5:00. There are so many people trying to sell stuff on the beach that you can’t even relax. A guy forced us to hold parrots and take pictures with OUR phone and then asked for $80 USD. He basically ran up to us and I said no no I don’t wanna do it and he didn’t care then asked for $40 per person for my husband and I
I loved the pools, the food was pretty good, bartenders were typically quick to serve guests. The restaurants were surprisingly delicious

GuyanaCheck in took long even though it was a premium stay. The room took forever to be ready. Staff at the restaurant don’t seem to understand English well. Asked for no bacon or no cheese multiples times, they would indicate they understand but when the food comes it has the same things I asked to not have.
Property was good. Some places needed an upgrade but overall was good.
