The shower didn’t work so well, no hot water. Also the location is next to a small school so you may hear children in the early morning. Not a problem for me, since I was waking up early

There is no hot water so you need to take cold showers but this is pretty normal all around the Dominican Republic.

We really liked the location of this accommodation. It is very close to the city center and the neighborhood is very safe and has beautiful architecture. There are stores, supermarkets as well as cafés and restaurants. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. You can walk anywhere from there. The staff was also very nice and helpful. They allowed us to leave our big suitcases at the accommodation for 4 full days! Big thanks to all of you! The rooms are simple but have everything you need...including AC. :) Breakfasts were simple but yummy! ;)

Staff vey friendly and helpfull. Even we arrived late in the night from airport there was no issue to check in. It was clean. Localization 10-15min walk to Colonial district.

Upon arrival for check-in, the front desk agent had a dismissive attitude, telling us that the manager hadn’t prepared a room for us. Without explanation, he immediately handed me the phone to speak with the manager, which felt very uncomfortable. I explained what the agent had said, and the manager then instructed him to give us a room. The whole situation was poorly handled and left a bad impression.

Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the lady in charged was very kind.

Rooms really small ( we knew reading the previous review ) but was really without ventilation so really umid. Close to zona colonial but not a nice walk to go there in the evening / night .

Consider reserving rooms on entrance floor as it was a little bit noisy because of the street and reception (not people's noise but phone rings). Also water booster is somewhere close, it is also a little noisy.

The property is very conveniently located to zona colonial. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

Nothing it was honestly one of the best hostels we stayed at on our current trip, the hot water could of been better but it’s not really an issue seeing it is hot so the cold water is nice to cool you down.

We loved how helpful and friendly everyone was, the room was very clean and well kept! We only stayed one night as we had an early flight the next morning. The bed was really Comfy we had a great nights sleep. The security was great as we had to leave at 4:00 in the dark.

The rooms are quite small, and bed takes most of the room, which is not a problem at all if you just need a place to sleep and shower. Luckily, there is a great terrace if you wish to chill outside or telework.

Excellent location, staff, facilities for incredible value for money! I really enjoyed everything about this accomodation. Right after the booking Mickael contacted us and was very supportive for whatever might be needed. Property is exceptionally well maintained with clean facilites and beautiful interior. The terrace is fantastic, and so is the breakfast! Considering the price this is an obsolute win! As a pleasant bonus, they don't charge extra for electricity, as is often the case in Dominican Republic. The property was around 20 minute walk from the bus station and around 10 minute walk to Colonial zone.
