BrazilAmazing resort! I loved everything about it, except the arrangement for the airport shuttle service. I had to arrange this service at last minute and couldn’t do it, so I had to catch an Uber to the resort. Besides this, everything is amazing. Great food and drinks, desserts could be better, though! The price is also spicy for the Enclave garden view.

CanadaMy only complaint is lack of entertainment on the adult only side and also the bad humidity in the rooms (and associated smell), but I understand that is hard to control due to the climate.
Closeness to beach. Buffet food was wonderful. Lots of bottled water supplied. Comfortable bed.

United KingdomAlmost daily wedding events were quite intrusive on the swimming pool area. Several guests with rooms near to the beach area where the weddings took place complained abvout the noise in the evening because they had yound children trying to sleep. The wedding parties also took over restaurants and other areas making it inconvenient for guests. As always, people put towels on sunbeds before 7:30 a.m. Despite the management advice that towels and personal items would be removed from sunbeds before 8:00, this did not happen. This was particularly the case for the infinity pool where the 'best' spots were reserved sometimes as early as 7:00 a.m. The wi-fi with internet access was variable around the swimming pool, dropping out frequently. It was however quite solid in the main building areas.
Good choice of restaurants. The buffet was particularly good with food cooked fresh at various stations. Adult and family swimming pools and lounges including premium pools and lounges which were available with Enclave membership. Variety of food available at beach locations. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent aqua park.

Went only for a night because a concert in CHAVON and even got us a private chauffer that stay until the end (paid it appart from our booking). The beach is a dream, calm and very clean. We want to go again and will be doing it very soon. The bell boys are awesome! Quite a great team and the frontdesk staff are amazing. Soto, Rodolfo and Samuel (the bellboys) go far and beyond to make your entrance and exit quite memorable.
