All closed rooms,like restaurants,casinos,discotheque, no AC nor air cooling, were non exisisting .

The staff,the food and drinks,bed and room, location, and the beach were very clean despite gulf weed in the Punta Cana Area.

We have problem checking in only because of miscommunication from booking.com,,, we’re waiting for compensation because we thought 5 pax can stay in one room as agreed upon prior to checking in but we end up getting another room which incurred unexpected expenses on our part.

The beach is horrendous, we had stayed 5 minutes away at the riu republica and the beach was amazing there. Very little seaweed and no rocks vs the beach at hideaway that had horrible seaweed and tons of dangerous rocks.

Everything except the beach. Excellent food and drinks. Room was clean, big and bed comfortable. I would recommend this property to my friends and family. Top notch in every way. I will try another royalton soon hopefully with better beach.

The buffet was hit or miss. We tried their breakfast and lunch buffets and it left us looking for other options. The staff was wonderful. The best restaurants we tried were Zen & Dorado. Dorado also had wonderful breakfast and lunch options.

The staff at the Hideaway was excellent. Rodvel was a wonderful butler, very helpful. Francisco Estrada helped us at the Hideaway beach every day and was so friendly and accommodating. He helped us find the best spots, brought us beach snacks throughout the day. He was amazing.

Was supposed to be adult only, but it was not! There were weddings or private parties almost every day and evening we were there and they took over a lot of guest spaces, which ended up being closed off to everyone else. Like right in the center of the resort! Very disappointing!

The drinks were good.

There was a considerable amount of the staff that had no idea where anything was. For example, we wanted to attend the dance classes and other events and activities put on by the resort but the locations of these things were nowhere to be found and when asking staff, they were not helpful or knowledgeable of where anything was. We were also required to make reservations for some of the dining options but during our 4 day stay the app never once let us successfully book a reservation.

I liked that it was all inclusive and SOME of the staff were helpful.

We paid extra for Butler service, totally not worth it! Getting reservations was a very annoying experience and getting a palapa you have to wake up early. There is no real adult only area on the beach.

The beds were comfortable. The spa was amazing. I had a great massage. The beach staff was great! Estrella was attentive and helpful.

I booked 2 rooms with 2 beds and was given 2 rooms with 1 bed. I didn't like that housekeeping didn't change my bedding the entire 4 days I was there

The property is dated.. the choices of restaurants are sub-par. The food is below average. The staff for the most part are good.

This wasn’t an all adult resort as advertised. The food was horrible and not a lot of choices to do anything.

I only stayed 2 days. I need a refund for the other three days I didn’t stay.

It’s definitely not adults only, the food was very very horrible some places didn’t have bacon and the normal breakfast I’ll eat. The service wasn’t great you had to ask repeated for small things.

I like the fact the location was on the beach.

Need better selections when it comes to available food selections outside the restaurants. For example, we only had to ability to get hamburgers and hotdogs/sausages when needing food outside of the restaurant besides what was offered in the lobby area.
