    Breakfast Team. Kenia and Yeuri very hospitable. Also Desi the hotel GM. Excellent service

    Carpets in hallways need a refresh. Breakfast Display needs a bit more creativity.

    Food - ok Cocktails rubbish - the Barman did not have a clue how to mix a Manhattan !

    Being woken up in the middle of the night because another guest had set off an alram

    I loved the location so near the airport and also the free shuttle to the airport. All members of the staff were very professional, helpful and pleasant without being intrusive. The buffet in the restaurant was simply delicious plentiful and good value for money. I paid £226 for one night and to be honest I think it should have been less expensive as this hotel lacks better facilities such as more than one restaurant, and a bar by the poolside. Also, many dishes I wanted to eat, were not available, on the restaurant menu. Hence, thank god for the buffet which saved the day.

    The room wasn't big yet very functional and comfy. We were suprised by the amount of restaurants bars and services that are 2 mins walking from the hotel

    Very polite and helpful staff. Breakfast very good and excellent service. Nice pool to relax in too.
