United StatesThe only things I didn’t like were completely out of the hotel’s control. I visited off-season, so tons of rain is an understatement. I wasn’t able to check out the pool, and the rooftop bar wasn’t open, but considering how good everything else was, I know it would have been a vibe! My other issue is marginal; there’s construction completely surrounding the hotel so the view is lackluster, but there’s construction literally all over Punta Cana so it’s not a surprise.
I felt so spoiled staying at this hotel! All the staff were extremely personable and attentive, especially in the office and in the restaurant. My room was the luxury studio apartment of my dreams; whoever designed them needs a raise. The hotel itself is highly secure, even the rooms have state of the art keypads for entry, which is so cool. My absolute favorite part of my stay was breakfast in the restaurant (and that’s saying a lot because there’s a lot to love here). The food itself is to die for and I was so sad to finish it! Delicious coffee, fantastic ambiance, and very well priced. If the resort vibe is not for you, then I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The rooms are gorgeous. I loved the waterfall shower. The property was super clean and looked just like the photos. I relished the child free environment. The environment was mature yet still really fun. The pool was so nice and the water was the perfect temperature. The restaurant was delicious and the drinks were so good! I recommend the Wild Margarita. The staff was super accommodating.

There were no garbage bins so we had to leave our waste on the counter, and not enough plugs for electronics, etc, but the suite was clean and well appointed. BelgiumThe hotel is a bit isolated from everything but it is ideal located to stay one or two days to continue your travel. Prices in the hotel are rather expensive in comparison with other restaurants.

GermanyIf you want to cook in this really great kitchen, you've come to the wrong place, because there is no equipment of any kind. It's enough for coffee and breakfast. However, after asking, it was possible to get a pot. For this price there is room for improvement, especially in terms of amenities (kitchen, balcony, etc.)
Location near the airport and the mall but far from the beaches etc. Depending on what you want, that's fine. The pool is pleasant and the apartments are very nice. Staff is friendly. Having your own washing machine and dryer is very practical!
