The only things I didn’t like were completely out of the hotel’s control. I visited off-season, so tons of rain is an understatement. I wasn’t able to check out the pool, and the rooftop bar wasn’t open, but considering how good everything else was, I know it would have been a vibe! My other issue is marginal; there’s construction completely surrounding the hotel so the view is lackluster, but there’s construction literally all over Punta Cana so it’s not a surprise.

I felt so spoiled staying at this hotel! All the staff were extremely personable and attentive, especially in the office and in the restaurant. My room was the luxury studio apartment of my dreams; whoever designed them needs a raise. The hotel itself is highly secure, even the rooms have state of the art keypads for entry, which is so cool. My absolute favorite part of my stay was breakfast in the restaurant (and that’s saying a lot because there’s a lot to love here). The food itself is to die for and I was so sad to finish it! Delicious coffee, fantastic ambiance, and very well priced. If the resort vibe is not for you, then I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The rooms are gorgeous. I loved the waterfall shower. The property was super clean and looked just like the photos. I relished the child free environment. The environment was mature yet still really fun. The pool was so nice and the water was the perfect temperature. The restaurant was delicious and the drinks were so good! I recommend the Wild Margarita. The staff was super accommodating.

- Breakfast was awful no vegetarian options - Staff was helpful enough to go out of their way and make us some things to help us

- Guest Service was simply awesome both the check in and check out experience was exceptional - Francisco, Stacy and Rafael were absolutely amazing, helpful and super friendly - All these 3 people not made out stay at the hotel memorable but we were astonished by the level of service and hospitality from them! - They helped us getting a rental car, Saona adventure booking, helped us translating the language with everyone.

Entrance is hard to find - our taxi and uber eats drivers both got lost. There were no garbage bins so we had to leave our waste on the counter, and not enough plugs for electronics, etc, but the suite was clean and well appointed. We could've used another bottle of water in the fridge. There was no dish soap to wash coffee cups etc.

The staff were really kind the manager was so accommodating as I had a late flight and said I can use the room till I was ready to leave. It’s in a quiet area which is amazing. The hotel is spacious and great for people that like their own space! The gym is brand new also great work.

The hotel is a bit isolated from everything but it is ideal located to stay one or two days to continue your travel. Prices in the hotel are rather expensive in comparison with other restaurants.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. There is a nice pool and gym in the hotel. The staff is very welcoming and warm. There is a nice atmosphere!

If you want to cook in this really great kitchen, you've come to the wrong place, because there is no equipment of any kind. It's enough for coffee and breakfast. However, after asking, it was possible to get a pot. For this price there is room for improvement, especially in terms of amenities (kitchen, balcony, etc.)

Location near the airport and the mall but far from the beaches etc. Depending on what you want, that's fine. The pool is pleasant and the apartments are very nice. Staff is friendly. Having your own washing machine and dryer is very practical!

Some uber drivers had difficulty finding the location but I assume its because the place is new.

Room was immaculate and modern.Staff was professional and helpful. Checkin was easy. Hotel had a buzz as there was a pool party. I have traveled to many places and highly recommend this place.
