    Location is great and property beautiful

    The food was consistently disappointing across all the restaurants, especially the à la carte options. The Asian restaurant served what was probably the worst sushi I’ve ever had, and the service there was equally poor. Although the hotel is advertised as “all-inclusive,” staff are constantly trying to upsell additional services—and most of these upgrades aren’t worth it. For example, the “Priority Club” is supposed to include access to a private pool, but no one checks who enters. It’s also supposed to offer spa discounts, but those discounts don’t apply to anything already on promotion, which is nearly everything. When booking, they claim you’ll receive a $200 property credit. In reality, this comes in the form of a bundle of coupons (for wine, spa, or dinner upgrades) that can only be used if you spend more money—and you can’t even combine more than one coupon per service. Overall, it felt like a complete rip-off.

    It was a really beautiful beach and overall aesthetic resort. The weather was wonderful and my kids loved swimming and the buffets.

    The constant upselling was really frustrating and distracted from being able to relax. It felt like our guard was always up on who we needed to say no to next. The resort is also aging, with us witnessing lots of repairs while we were there. We often felt forgotten about by wait staff, sometimes being actively ignored or never having our drinks delivered. We had a room with a private pool, but it didn't feel worth the extra cost. It was very cold and crumbling in parts. The beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Compared to other all inclusives, the activities available seemed pretty minimal. The food was okay. There wasn't anything I was super impressed by and often things seemed overcooked.

    Beautiful beach like i have never seen,the room very big very clean and very confortable, room service high class . The staff very nice happy and respectful . Entretainment good and cleaness of the whole area exelent. The food very good and healthy. At the beach exelent security specially sony who was alert at all time. . Richard in the buffet give a good service. Alberto in the pool area bar good service and always happy. Juan Francisco and Osvaldo at the Recepcion were always smileing and very kind .

    The beach is the best!

    Some dishes at the restaurant. The buffet was a good option but my family prefers restaurant setting when we are away

    Bayahibe is a great location

    It is a very narrow beach, all the sun beds at the beach are very tight against each other, almost no palm trees, and half of the beach costs extra. The rooms for 3 people are very uncomfortable, is a room for 2 + a kids bed were you get back pain sleeping on it. We changed rooms because the first one got flooded, in the second bedroom we called 5 times asking the 3rd bed that never arrived. This is unacceptable!

    Very spacious room. Plenty of food and bar options. The staff was friendly.

    Not always the fridge was stocked. One day room service took a few hours to get me two bottles of water.

    Is a small hotel with not so many things to do. We paid a room for 3 people, we got a room for 2 + a bed for kids that was painful to sleep on. The first room we had got flooded, we changed rooms but then we never got the 3rd bed, we called 3 times requesting the missing bed but it never arrived. We had a good time anyway, been positive and enjoying the place but this is unacceptable.

    The peacefulness

    Some sales promotions attempts on my already "preferred" status, like how they try to sell me a front-located regular chairlong at an additional cost and how the US$200 credits are already intended to be spent certain way instead of letting the guest decide.
