Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RussiaUnfortunately, the experience with the Preferred Guest benefits was very disappointing. At check-in, the reception strongly recommended that we upgrade, promising a private concierge, access to preferred cabanas, and many other advantages. In reality, none of this worked as described: Room cleaning: Out of 5 days, our room was cleaned only twice, and only after we repeatedly asked the reception. Concierge: We never saw the “private concierge.” He showed up once, but offered no help or response afterward. Preferred cabanas: These were completely useless. There are not enough for all preferred guests, so they were always occupied. We ended up using the non-preferred cabanas, which were actually more comfortable, easier to access, and located by the pool where the activities were. Food: Quality was fine, but the variety was extremely limited. After the first 2–3 days, it became repetitive, and for the rest of our 5-day stay, the food did not change. Service at checkout: Staff at the preferred reception desk were surprisingly rude and unhelpful. Especially, the supervisor who did not even tell us his full name and called himself Emmanuel - he was extremely unprofessional, rude, not interested in the guests and made us feel so humiliated and disappointed. In contrast, the staff at the non-preferred desk were much more professional, kind, and accommodating. I would strongly recommend the hotel management to organise a training for preferred desk to be delivered by the desk who work with non-preferred. As the contrast is too much and we really multiple times regretted the upgrade for preferred status. Conclusion While the hotel itself is nice, the Preferred Guest benefits were a complete disappointment and not worth the money. You pay extra to feel like a “preferred guest,” but in reality, the opposite happens. They make you feel like they are preferred - not you. If you choose this hotel, enjoy it as a regular guest — but do not pay for Preferred Guest benefits.
Overall, the facilities of the hotel are quite nice. The room itself was good, and since we paid extra for the preferred guest benefits, the preferred room was very nice and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the animation staff who kept things lively, and the non-preferred cabanas were also a great spot to relax. Another highlight was the alcohol — very good quality throughout our stay.
