I had a frustrating and stressful experience with the reception desk. I had modified my booking from two nights to three, and I had confirmed via message that I was covered for three nights after paying for two. I specifically asked to avoid any last-minute surprises, and they assured me it was fine. However, when I arrived, they only had me booked for two nights and told me I had to pay for the extra night or be removed from the room. This unexpected charge caused me unnecessary stress and anxiety, and I felt it was a serious miscommunication on their part.

I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere and liveliness of the property. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, and the entertainment throughout the resort kept the energy high and fun. The French restaurant was definitely a highlight, and all the food and beverage staff were excellent — they were attentive, friendly, and made me feel very welcome. The room was also nice and comfortable.

The location wasn’t that great.. very far from some of the main attractions in Punta Cana. I was never given the birthday banner or cake that was requested for my stay. The resort is advertised as a party resort, but it wasn’t much of a party. Still very nice though

First, they totally robbed me with the FX rate. The stay was 4025$. In the website they clearly state that the FX rate applied for USD/DOP is the official central bank rate applied for the day. On Sunday 20th of April, they made me pay 254581 DOP, a FX rate of 63.24 Vs 59.2 at the official central bank rate. They basically robbed me 275$! When I proved that to Jose, he started to panic and became very aggressive stating that they use their own FX rate. It is very very bad to feel robbed and as much as I liked the resort I will never come back. Appart from that, bedrooms are a bit old, more like a 4 stars. But that is not a big big problem for us.

The resort is really good, beach, pools, cocktails, events, and the service is really good with very kind people.

The resort is extremely noisy with music blasting from 12 to midnight. Be prepare if you are located close to the stage or the pools. The room we were allocated was near the main stage. Very hard to relax and read.

Once we got pass the check in because it was a misunderstanding when book through booking, the property was everything I expected. The welcome drinks were so good. The staff was great. I really enjoyed my stay.

Several things in our bethroom were not working, like the shower head, and the bad tube. Our view from the room was not good, because a big tree was outside our window.

The resort was great. The pool had a great vibe and the service was outstanding. The beach was beautiful as well. The Nook bar was so good. The shows were really good and diverse every night. We also reserved the spa and was worth it. The food was ok. We also went to the nightclub and the music was spot on. We really liked our stay and we'd likely come back.

I wish there were more consistent activities, such as the wonderful fire show, or Neon pool party. Would be nice to be able to swim later into the evening, as the pools all close as soon as the sun sets.

Wish the pools stayed open a little longer and more options for shuttle transportation

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The resort was packed but it never felt crowded or cramped. Loved the many food options and all the pools, drinks were delicious, and there were so many complimentary things included with the resort.

Room service was an issue our final night there. We scheduled a time and they came too early and we weren’t in the room and it took almost two hours to get it corrected and the food was subpar.

Pools needed to be cleaned more frequently. Pool water was kind of cool. No American beer. Need to have more American beer available such as Michelob Ultra and Budlight

Drinks were watered down. Service was hit or miss…you might get your drink in 5 minutes or it could be 45 minutes. The main pool swim up bar was extremely busy, and they almost always had just one unfortunate worker making drinks, which made us feel bad even trying to order. You have access to Dreams as well (that’s were the gym is) so we decided to eat at their steakhouse one night. Service there was horrendous, probably the worst we’ve ever had at a resort. Check in took an hour from when we arrived. However none of the negatives affected the overall vacation much as we are not hard to please. If you keep your expectations in check you should have a great time.

Food was fantastic. Room was large and comfortable. The grounds were really nice with lots of room and lots of options. The two main pools were beautiful and very well maintained….the staff actively skims the pools throughout the day. The entertainment was surprisingly fun, especially the fire show. Check out experience was great. The staff in the main dining buffet were always excellent and made a great start to everyday at breakfast.
