ArgentinaCheck in and check out waiting times were too long. So be prepared for a long wait when you arrive or leave. Another thing is that food could have been better. It was just ok.
The hotel was beautiful, with lots of activities and things to do. Staff is friendly. Everything was clean and space was enough for the amount of people. The beach was also clean in comparison with the rest of the island.

Belgium- We had to call every single time to receive clean towels. The staff were removing the dirty ones from the room without providing us with new. - The shower products need improvement, they were very bad quality - It was a bit too crowded especially when in the weekend, making it difficult to find a place by the beach/pool.
- The beach was beautiful and the pools were nice too. - The room and the rest of the establishment were clean, organised, and nicely decorated - The food and drinks were good and there were a lot of choices. The Mexican restaurant was our favourite - The majority of the staff were polite and friendly - We enjoyed the dance classes (although quite short) and the beach activities like kayak and catamaran - We had a late-afternoon flight, so we appreciated being able to stay in the premises after checking-out.

NetherlandsThe hotel met standard expectations for cleanliness and amenities, but service fell short when addressing guest needs. We were a group of 3 in a room set up for 2 and despite repeated requests for an extra towel, it was never provided. On several occasions, we had to share towels, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Despite calling five times, the staff repeatedly assured us that the towel was “on its way,” but it never arrived. Additionally, the staff appeared overworked and fatigued, which impacted their service quality. While the basics were delivered, the lack of responsiveness and visible strain on the team detracted significantly from our experience.
The hotel’s location was truly amazing and beautiful, offering a stunning setting that added a lot to our stay. The property itself was well-designed, with thoughtful aesthetics and multiple areas with activities that created an amazing holiday for us.

United StatesThe spa workers went through our belongings and stole $20 from my purse. My sister tested it out the next day and neatly folded her clothes and had her bag underneath. After her spa treatment, she was unable to open her locker (same thing that happened to me and my sisters the day before). When they opened with a master lock, all her things were everywhere and it was obvious someone looked through her bag. She told the front desk staff and he didn’t even care. That made us feel unsafe. In addition, the rooms were not cleaned well during our stay. Overall, it was okay.
It wasn’t crowded, buffet was pretty good and some restaurants were good. They had free kayaking and paddle boating which was fun. The pool was also really nice and clean.

SwitzerlandMosquitos could be a problem for some, and I had some difficulties, when raised with the staff they sprayed repellent.
Overall a pleasant stay with great facilities. The restaurants are good so is the staff. Swimming pools and attached bars are also excellent. Beach has some sea weed but they clean it every day and there are plenty of areas without sea weed.

United StatesThey have to figure out what they are going to do with mosquitoes inside the rooms. Literally it was very painful for us and my children. We asked for another room and they moved us to a third floor which was better in some way. But first I would like to say that the hotel director has to fix the situation with the check in process cause we stayed in a simple line like 2 hours just to check in and not only us many people were complaining about the issue.
We liked the transportation train, the pool and the buffet. Beach was very close and plenty of chairs

Peru- The quality of the meats they serve in all their restaurants is not the best. - It's really not worth paying $35 per person to go to La Comedie restaurant. The entrées were delicious, but the main courses and deserts were lacking. - The rooms have motion detectors that turn on very bright lights. Guess what happens when you need to pee when it's still dark and your wife is sleeping. - The TV we originally got was somewhat old. Thankfully Jose Gervacio from night shift maintenance got us a more modern smart TV and disabled the motion sensors in the room. He truly improved our stay.
- The resort is enormous and beautiful - There are several restaurants you can choose from that are included - The hotel staff was always willing to help you with a smile on their faces - The quality you get for the price you pay is truly amazing - The resort is extremely well-maintained and very clean - Quality of the alcohol is very good - Bavaro beach is beyond gorgeous

CanadaProbably 2 things....one, the entertainment could have been better. They had it start at 10pm which was far too late for me. Other resorts I have been to start around 7.30pm. Second, I would have liked a pool with a deep end. Maybe I didn't see it, but all the pools were very shallow. I guess they fear some drunk person drowning.
The food was absolutely fabulous. You could live on just the fruits and salads, there was so much of it. All the specialty restaurants were great as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful....I suppose it helped that I speak pretty good Spanish. The beach and ocean water were just great as well
