The hotel has a very nice located restaurant but we recommend to have your food in other restaurants or to order via the Komida app.

Apartment is very nice and practical, excellent location, spectacular beaches and lots of things to do. Host provides very good tips, we liked the restaurants but also the order-in app. All staff very friendly and supportive.

My family and I were completely delighted with everything, absolutely everything at Sublime Samaná Residences. The attention, kindness and taste of Mrs. Tassa was excellent at all times, not only in relation to the accommodation itself, but also in her suggestions for places to eat and visit in Las Terrenas. Honestly, a dream place to which we will return soon!

Maybe the food prices at the restaurant. We opted to just go outside and buy in restaurants and help the locals.

Everything about the hotel and the staff were excellent in every way. Accommodating us in every opportunity. The location was perfect with the beach at a walking distance. The cleaning in the apartment was perfect.

We had an issue with the phone that didn't work, therefore we had to walk to the reception when we needed to contact and the showers of both bathrooms didn't have enough water which made showering a bit difficult. Maintenance dept. tried their best to resolve the issue, but it would be rechecked after our departure.

Our stay was SUBLIME! We were with a group of 4 friends/colleagues. Amazing place. Very quiet, beautiful pool, garden, beach. The apartment was also very spacious, beautiful and clean. We got water in the fridge, and this was refilled daily. Loved that! Everything was just as the pictures. At first, when I made the reservation and got messages from the owner that the payment had to be done by bank transfer, I wasn't sure if this was trustworthy as there are lots of scammers on Booking.com, so I've read online. The owner, Tassa, informed me that I could verify her name with the resort, which I did, and she was legit. The resort is about 18 minutes driving to the busier area, which was okay because we rented a car (through Mrs. Tassa) and I really suggest people to rent a car if they wish to drive around to get to know Samana. We also drove 2 hours to Las Galeras, which is a paradise. I will definitely recommend Sublime Samana and this apartment in particular. The resort is gated and very safe.

We liked it all.

The apartment was comfortable and pleasant. The kitchen had more than I regularly find in similar locations. The cleanliness was great and we appreciated the staff coming to freshen up the apartment on day 2.

The apartment is amazing, very spacious, modern and well decorated. Tassa is a great host and very responsive and accommodate all my inquiries. The hotel staff is professional and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and located right in front of an amazing beach.

If I had to nitpick: Small Kitchen Yes, the kitchenette was small, but we didn't come to cook, so it was absolutely fine with us. Small Couch Yes, the couch was on the smaller side, but we didn't spend much time in the living room anyways. Small TV Yes, the TV was on the smaller side, but we didn't come there to watch TV.

We came for relaxation and quiet, and it was delivered 100%. * Nice, peaceful beach * Tranquil resort * Spacious rooms * Big, comfy beds * Warm, pleasant, cohesive decor * Lovely toiletries * Beautiful, lush greenery * Very courteous staff * Clean apartment and soundings Built in 2011, yet very well maintained If we could, we would extend our stay.

Apartment has a floor without bathroom. Service at the restaurants is very slow and it takes hours to eat. Food is not great quality and very expensive. Spa services are also expensive $82.00 for a simple brushing Some villas rented were almond st without hot water.

No one told us that we could not pay with a credit card and that we had to wire 50% of the price of the booking at the time of reservation. The beach is full of algae.
