There were no complete clarification on what was the adult side and opposite side for the buffet .. the big chef at the buffet seem like he had an attitude including a few staff members but overall I would stay again but would recommend requesting different staff members

The all inclusive drinks and adult only pool location were great

The room needs a little maintenance. The bathroom door and toilet dispenser were a little janky. The coffee mugs were cracked and chipped. We had to tip for EVERYTHING. Room service is very slow. It took hours to receive the soda we ordered.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the amenities. The laundry service was impressive

The property was really big so it wasn’t as clean as I prefer. stains on the outdoor furniture in the room and in common areas , dirty tables inside and out and the floors had things spilled all around the facility. Availability for massages limited, the seaweed wrap burned, and women wet my hair and didn’t even help me get the scrub off my partner was shouting to me places to clean off. Horrible experience at the spa. My partner got a massage and said it was good so I would stick with that. No jacuzzi yet a bunch of pools.

Its was very pretty over all felt like I was in a jungle. With a beautiful beach! The buffet was pretty good.

Didn’t like how far you have to walk to certain things because the resort is so big. Also need better signs telling where things are.

Loved how there were so many different things to do and different restaurants.

I didn’t like the smell , food was ok could be a bit better , a lot if dry food like steaks I tried . Couldn’t swim in beach too much seaweed . Also had roaches in my room .

Entering the property there is a foul , pungent smell that is very unpleasant . The smell lingers in the entrance of the lobby where you check from the outside , not the best welcome. You’re greeted with champagne which is nice , but they do a terrible job of checking in almost everyone in line was pissed the wait was 45 min it seems the front desk is under staffed . I heard of that being an issue but experiencing it in person after a 4 hour flight is crazy.

The upkeep could’ve been better. It was dirty and not well kept.

The property was nice overall had lots of options. Unfortunately, all those options were not probably managed or it could’ve been a lot better.

The front desk staff was a huge issue- extremely unpleasant and nonchalant about issues - We had issues with our room when we checked in (AC not working , mini fridge broken and non working outlets ) When we asked them to address the issue Juan ( reception manager ) refused and told me to go enjoy the resort that it would take 1-2 hrs to fix the AC when we legit just needed a new room .He was so hard to work with refused to speak to me because i didn't speak the native tongue

The only thing I liked about the property was just the hotel because in general is very luxury other than that if you are looking for great service don’t come here. The staff is rude, they take very long to serve you everyone has a nasty attitude.

-the beach is not private, we were harassed by a lot of hawkers trying to sell us odd activities. -the beach is used by locals and is not exclusive for hotel guests. -the beach is plagued by boats and seaweed. -the food got us sick - we were constantly taking pepto bismol to get through our trip.

It truly was not an adults only. There are only areas that are adult only and not truly policed.

The food was amazing, super clean, amazing staff, and beautiful hotel. They attend to your every need.
