The place is okay for the price, but honestly, if you spend just a little more — especially with options like Airbnb — you can find a much nicer and more comfortable place. It’s fine if you’re staying just one night, but I wouldn’t recommend it for your entire stay. The staff isn’t friendly — they don’t even say hello. At breakfast, the kitchen staff won’t greet you or make any effort to be welcoming, which makes the experience feel a bit cold. The building is old and needs maintenance. There’s a strong smell of humidity, and in my case, the bed was broken. There were plenty of spoons in the room (oddly), but that didn’t make up for the overall condition. The bathroom was actually in good shape, though. They should fix the beds, improve the smell of the place, and train the staff in basic customer service and friendliness. The area around the hotel isn’t great either — it’s not very safe, especially at night. If you go out, I recommend always using an Uber. In short, if you’re staying for just one night and want something cheap, it’s okay. But if you plan to stay more than two nights, I’d definitely recommend looking for a better option — there are safer and more comfortable places out there for a similar price.

Doesn't except cards. ATM in foyer charges exorbitant fee. WiFi didn't connect in the room. TV not working in the room. No fridge in the room. No chair. No shower screen to prevent puddles of water on bathroom floor. No insect screen on window to stop flies entering. Small cockroaches in the room. Breakfast is small only one slice of bread

The door on my bedroom was broke because some wood were missing and the mirror in the bathroom was very bad. The noise coming into the bedroom was awful. The hot water took too long for hit up…

They sell more rooms than what they really have it and I saw a lot of people that did not have a stay and had to go outside look for another hotel.

The price is good, but it gives you headaches. The room is filled with cockroaches, the floor is dirty with a lot of dust and the furniture is old and smells.

The breakfast was awful and the same every day. Toast, slice of ham, cheese and fried egg. The property is away from the main road, but the hotel is far too noisy. The security guard walks around at night shouting in the halls outside rooms. Also, staff and people who are allowed to park their motorbikes outside the front.. Can you not make a rule that they have to walk the moto to the road before starting the engine? Every night at 12 or 2am somebody selfish is starting their bike right below the bedroom windows. It wakes everybody up! Please the hotel needs to use some common sense

Dirty room. Poorly managed. Unpleasant staff. There was hair in the Jacuzzi in my room, which I didn't use. The breakfast is poor and there were often things missing. One day there was some fruit. The other days there was none. The structure of the hotel is actually decent, but it's clearly run by people who couldn't care less about make things better. For example, the breakfast area is still plastered with signs to mask up and socially distance even though the pandemic is over. Would it kill the staff to remove these outdated signs? The neighbourhood is also rather unpleasant and might not feel safe for many. Best to avoid this place that management clearly doesn't care about.

The pool is nice and clean. So is the breakfast area. The hotel is actually nicer than it appears in the photos on Booking.com. It's a shame that management clearly doesn't care to make better use of the good structure they already have.

Cleaning (there was roaches all over the place Better Dynamic for period of time spending for a simple breakfast The concerges need improve their public relations. Most of the time they’re so tough and rude I changed for 3 rooms during my stay because most of them the utensils don’t work properly

No warm or hot water, the heater broke down as we were told, it was not resolved during our stay. Beds not comfortable for sleeping, bumpy pillows, old poorly working air conditioning, no curtain in the shower which is the part of the room, not separated, nowhere to be seen hooks to hang the towels in the toilet or shower, everything is old, shabby and in poor condition. Some of these things can be forgiven for the lower price, but some are not, and they are easy to be improved which is not done, unfortunately.

No fruit whatsoever They had cereal and eggs with margarine soaked toast...thats it no more Three cockroaches in my room .The music outside was extremely load.So loud on fact that it shook the room.They eventually did call the police. It took 5 hrs for it to stop.No hot water
