Bad timing on my part, there was a convention during my stay so breakfast was a nightmare as it was overcrowded.

Ventilation running 24/7 - noisy, chilly, without control, air flow directly on the bed, this is big NO from our side and we won't visit any other hotel with these conditions. Absolutely senseless since outside was 23 °C and ventilation (staff told me that this is not A/C) was set by hotel to 21 °C, but I think that there was about 18 °C in the room, I cought a cold because of it,.my son didn't sleep well because there wasn't any blanket for him :( There is no wardrobe or cabinet in the room (Suite - Panoramic Lake View), so you must keep your clothes on couch, floor or lamp :D Really bad water flow in the shower

There's not many staff at the reception. The tablets for self check in weren't working for us, so we had to wait more than 30 minutes at the reception. As the hotel is on the boulevard, it was very noisy with windows open. While claiming the baggage we left the last day, we also waited for 30 minutes.

The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities. The view was fabulous.

Breakfast is very standart and 10 o'clock deadline is very early for people who are on their Summer Holiday. One day We went to the breakfast at 10.03 and the young lady looked at our face as if we had breached a serious rule. She didn't let us in. They could do with better quality pillows.

Breakfast was too expensive, we did not book it (there a nice cafe´s along the way where you can sit, eat and enjoy for less).

Good hotel with the expected standard, we had a very nice view towards the canal and the city. The location was great, not so far from the airport (around 20 minutes drive by taxi), around 20-25 minutes easy walk right to the center (Nyhavn), 5 minutes walk to the next Hof-on-hop-off bus stop, pleasant neighborhood around a side-canal with water birds; around 10 minutes walk to a harbour-bath. Staff was very nice and forthcoming.

The bar was chaotic🙄 we were every nights in the bar but there are not enough of the staffs to served you. You need to wait at least 15 minutes for a beer to order.

The lack of air conditioning was a bit of a letdown. More frustrating, though, was the shower's weak water pressure, which made it difficult and time-consuming to rinse off shampoo or soap. While I appreciate efforts to save water, this can be quite annoying when you're in a hurry.

The Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel is good overall. The location and amenities are also good.

Hotel near Metro Station.City center just 2 stops with the Metro. Room with a view in the canal in 8th floor was fine. Room was as described in Booking.com Breakfast also was fine.

The shower pressure was very weak, and the room thermostat was difficult to work - despite googling I couldn’t work out how to cool the room down apart from by opening the window.

Location was ideal for our requirements. Staff were generally attentive and helpful. The complimentary glass of vino in the evenings was much appreciated and worth becoming a member of RH.
