didn't bother to greet us in person, old windows, you're not sure which apartment you will get but the bottom ones are worse, suited for 2 ppl otherwise someone sleeps on the sofa, i was on the sofa and had hard time sleeping cuz i heard everyone enter building, entered wrong building door code once but it opened anyway, you have to wash dishes and take out trash before checking out

The ground floor apartment was too noisy, mostly from inside of the building due to the thin walls, the 4th floor apartment we faced a big problem with having no elevator, we had to carry our luggage up there which was a horrible experience, the apartment booking had a problem with the details of the noise and the elevator since we only ever knew about them after the booking, both apartments had a problem with the heat too

Our room was just off the front hallway - near the main door to the property. This meant noise levels were high in the evenings as people came in from bars and restaurants etc.

Great location - although we initially found it tricky to find. Nice having a small kitchen to sort breakfast before a day of sightseeing etc. Good size. Clean.

The noise was almost intolerable- from the street (expected- we were staying over New Year celebrations) and the building entrance .The walls/ doors seemed to be paper thin and transmitted noise like we were in a tent. Security was questionable- on the first night someone tried to get into our unit- just a mistake,but there were lots of people coming and going through the main entry at all hours ( again very noisily for the person sleeping on the couch) And that’s it- sleeping on the couch - it’s not a sofa bed, but a hard couch - supposed to sleep 2 ( I have no idea how) Weird layout- bathroom accessed through the bedroom. This place was the worst we stayed in on our 3 week trip and was the most expensive. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

A few things could be provided such as hand soap in bathroom, toilet paper and a few more kitchen items. The kitchen tap was nearly falling off. And there was a persistent drain smell.

Upon check in the unit was not well presented. It was not cleaned properly. Used towel found on the floor and another hanging by the door. The washer would not power up door shut in locked position. There is also a very foul smell which we taught might be stagnated water in the washer drum. Called on customer service we ho their credit acted promptly to resolve the issues. We found out that the outside garbage bin contributed greatly to the terrible foul smell that seep through the window of the third room where the washer was located. In all the unwanted and unexpected circumstances the management/staff were very responsive to rectify issues. A big plus for them.

In one of the bathrooms, a strong sewage like smell was present, sort of went away after a shower but shortly came back. The smell did come from the other bathroom later on in our stay.

It wasn't very clean. There was lots of dust, the shower was very dirty, there was a weird smell coming from the kitchen sink, and the trays in the oven were filled with old grease.

The location is perfect, right in the center next to many popular spots and restaurants and very close to the metro station. The beds were very comfy and there was more than enough space to store luggage and clothes. The building and the apartment was easily accessible with the codes provided (no keys necessary).

The sofa bed is a bit hard. It would also be nice to provide some kitchen essentials such as cooking oil or salt.

The first floor apartment (2 to 4 guests) is well equipped and perfectly located in the city centre of Copenhagen. Everything is easily accessible by foot!

I stayed on a 3rd floor without elevator (specially hard if you're traveling with huge bagagge) and the rooms where a bit too small.

The inability to check-in early or check-out late (by a couple of hours) without having to pay extra and not being able to store luggage at the property.

Very, very amezing and great location, both the metro and the New port, center was right next to us, a short walking distance. The apartement was both spacious, the kitchen was very well equipped.

Hadn’t been deep cleaned for ages. Staff very pushy to leave a good review, not so eager to help us find forgotten item. The most basic kitchen equipment ever, there wasn’t even paper roll.
