Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

PolandThe only thing I didn't like is that the hotel is situated very closed to the road with rather intesive straffic, and the family rooms just look on it withwindows, so during the night, if you open the window it could be noisy. So, I think it should be discount on such rooms.
Hotel is located near the fjiord, the room is good for families, as well as the breakfast. Parking also near the hotel but is not free. It is 10 minutes walk to the city center.

Booked the superior room When arriving to the room I checked there were a few things missing I went to reception & asked for a robe which I presumed was in my package & it was ! The receptionist told me no superior rooms have robes in them & it’s booking.com mistake But it clearly says robes/slippers in superior rooms She asked me for a copy of my booking which was proof !& I got a robe which without this proof this wasn’t going to happen She also said she would contact booking .com & tell them to take this off there website ! There’s a very similarity of the superior room and the luxury room which are very deceiving ! & needs clarifying for future guest arriving to be disappointed ! Breakfast wasn’t to my taste Also I’d rather cups with handles in the bedroom when holding hot water etc Not enough creamers & sugar in bedrooms Maybe a biscuit of some sort ( just a jester My whole experience of this hotels needs adjustments ! Been in the hotel trade myself it’s been a very disappointing stay !..
