No breakfast was included at that price and one of the attendants was very unpleasant. There were no dog treats, bowl or bed for the dog, although you are charged. I requested a dog policy in advance and was only presented with this on arrival.

The room was pleasant and a good size. Beds were reasonably comfortable. The interior was bare concrete walls, cheaply finished, but the public spaces in the hotel were decent. Free parking, always a plus and a bus stop outside to get to the centre.

No air-conditioning, but window did open and we had a fan (still very hot). Room was small, had no free coffee facilities, no extras at all(but there was a microwave in the common area to use). No Laundry facilities. There is no shuttle service to the airport.

The staff were great and parking was free, a bus stop made it handy to get to most places. Bar was good and good prices. Breakfast was expensive and very average

Great location for an overnight near the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful and the 24 hour refreshment bar was helpful. There are a few restaurants close by and a beautiful park to run/walk in.

Beds and space were not as comfortable as I expected for a Sheraton. It was an expensive night for an uninspired experience. But that is typical of hotels near the airport.

We stayed here because it was close to the airport. It was clean and efficient. The staff were great. It was very helpful that they let us drop luggage for 5 days while we took a side trip before returning to Copenhagen.

The hotel room had no amenities like a kettle. It is also far away from the airport considering it’s an airport hotel. It’s 300 DKK (return) with a taxi , which means you may as well pay for the hotels that are across the street from the airport.

It was very clean and the staff were really kind. They have great rental bikes for a very decent price.

Make it clear that there is an airport location and an arena location and they are very very close to each other. Our taxi driver dropped us off at the arena location first because he thought there was no way there was another closer to the airport.

The staff was very helpful with the location mix up and helped us get a taxi for free to the correct location.

Hot food option for breakfast would significantly improve the overall experience and feel like value for money.

Rooms are quite small and one side of the bed has only about a foot space between the wall and bed. No black out blinds and curtain not very thick, no aircon, but a fan was supplied. Only one very soft pillow was supplied, not much storage - ok for just a night or two. No tea/coffee supplied, no fridge.

Great location near the airport and a short bus or taxi into the city centre, free car parking, nice comfortable lounge areas, screen with flights showing. Staff were lovely.

Photos indicated the room was a bit bigger than in reality, but again, this was just adequate for a one night stay - any longer would have been tough. A little isolated from open cafes/restaurants the night we stayed (a Sunday) Very spartan offering in the room, 2 paper cups and some shampoo/body wash. No utensils of any type if you need to consume food. But this is probably all you get from a spec’d down Sheraton, similar to an Ibis. Surprised the only real option for an early morning airport transfer was a taxi at DKK120 for a 5-6 minute ride.

Clean room adequate for an overnight stay (such as catching an early flight). Lady at reception was very helpful, providing clear information about the hotel and meal opportunities nearby. With nearby restaurants closed there is a supermarket 8 minutes away to find something to eat.

It was still a 20 euro taxi ride to airport. Might be better off staying in town near the metro. My first floor room looked out on a back lot that seemed like it was part of an apt. Complex and not a hotel. Felt a little exposed.

I found the front desk personnel extremely cheerful and helpful.
