Lighting in the room was limited, which made packing up for an early morning departure difficult. But still, we managed ok!

Amazing location, next to the railway station and main bus station. Perfect for us as we planned to visit Billund and then get the train to Copenhagen. This is our second B&B Hotel so we knew what to expect, and it lived up to expectations. We will choose to stay with this brand again in future. Beds were comfortable (including the extra 3rd bed) and pillows were better than in some places we stayed. Bathroom was large and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast - a very clever way to provide the essentials using a small space, we liked it! There was fresh fruit, yoghurt, porridge, bread rolls, pastries, cheese slices and meat slices. All tasty and good quality. Staff worked hard to keep items topped up and to deal with guest queries.

Rooms too small for two people and an open suitcase. We had a twin bed and it would be better for a single traveller. TV did not work (apparently all TVs had been unintentionally reprogrammed and locked to German). Typing in a keycode each time was a massive faff.

The parking situation is a bit weird and confusing, but worked out fine.

Super quiet room, even though it looked directly onto the bus station with the train station behind that. Everything was clean and up to date. For a relatively inexpensive hotel, this place and the staff were unexpectedly good.

One day our room wasn't serviced. If it had been serviced that day then I would have given a couple of higher scores.

Location of hotel being very close to railway and bus stations. Also close to shops and restaurants. Good that we were able to leave on our final morning without having to return anything to reception.

While I recognize that there is a tea/coffee machine 24 hours payable at reception, I would have preferred having tea facilities in our room.

The hotel is in an ideal location next to the bus and railway station but thanks to the soundproofing you are not affected by any noise. It is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly and the reception and lounge area is adequate for a coffee and snack. It is also just over the road from shops, restaurants, bars and cultural attractions. I would definitely state here again.

Accidentally, we forgot some personal belongings in the room when we checked out, but never got reported or returned from the hotel. It's a pity.

BREAKFAST! Very miserable and paltry breakfast . Plus if you have dietary requirements- this isn’t the place for you . Breakfast was incredibly carb heavy / sugar heavy. As a diabetic the only thing I could have was a slice of cheese and ham and coffee. Bad way to start the day . And disappointing- definitely not worth paying extra for .

Right by the train & bus station- so handy ! It had air con- which on the hottest day of the year so far was marvellous! The description of the room DOES NOT MENTION THIS !! It SHOULD! A major selling point which people want to know & will influence whether they book or not . Simple but very comfortable rooms .

The room was small. Asked the front desk where to find a laundromat as we were on the road for 30 days. He said they had a laundry service that they use. Never thought it would cost more then the room for a small load of clothes. Next time I won t ask the front desk, I ll google it.

The room was very small which impacted the otherwise comfortable room. The parking was very expensive when the vehicle was left there for 4 hours 9 to 1pm on a quiet Sunday. The breakfast was called 'tiny'. It was adequate but the brioche very stale.

The central location was excellent. Comfortable beds. Good curtains kept out the very early morning light of summer
