There could be air condition in the room. The street outside is quite noisy, hard to sleep with open window. Despite that the room was very comfortable.

Parking on site, good breakfast, helpful staff, good location, close to city centre and bus stop to go to Neuschwanstein Castle. Free Füssen card I got at the reception on arrival.

It was pretty warm. Without AC, a fan or a fridge in the room foe cold drinks would be helpful.

The maquette or room in general was full of dust. The maquette in particular did not look clean. My partner and I accused allergic like reactions every time we were entering in the room, sneezing no stop. The symptoms were disappearing when we were leaving the room

The staff was very kimd and professional, great location and the facility offered spa and gym in the night rate. The breakfast was great.

Exorbitant cost of parking - 14 CHF overnight…..

No coffee or tea in the room, parking spaces very tight ,rooms became hot in the night even with windows open, no air conditioning no fan and not the height of summer when visiting

A little crowded, we had to queue at the reception on arrival and departure.

Nice hotel and room, enjoyed fitness and sauna. Good location.

Some of the staff seemed bothered by our presence. Air con was non functioning. The staff said it'll be non functioning until next major renovation. We bumped our heads on the dormered wall a few times. The parking garage was very tight for our VW Tiguan. The entire facility seemed to show its age a bit.

Check in was smooth. The room was clean. The location is great with easy access to everything we needed. Front desk staff were helpful on most occasions. Breakfast was very good with many options. Parking onsite was very helpful despite the extra cost and the tight spaces.

Very helpful staff. Large clean room with a spacious bathroom. Location is right in town so you can walk to wherever you want. Close to old town. Would have stayed longer.

The bed was too hard

Great central location pity the carpark is with extra cost though. The hotel is clean the only remark i have is that the bed was really hard. Excellent breakfast

The bed was the worst on my trip :( and it hurts me to say this because my experience otherwise was really good. But I got backache and I only spent there a night. They could improve that!

The staff were really nice and helpful, the waitress at the restaurant was incredibly nice! The location is top and you can reach the castle without a problem or do something in the surroundings.

I didn't put the sign of (Don't disturb) and the housekeeping knocked the door at 09:00 and they opened the door directly and then closed it. parking is very tight and norrow. no kettel in the room.

1. The hotel is 4 star and leaves more to be desired. Overall it has an old style. 2. We had mixed experience with staff especially during check in. A simple clarification or answer to Parking would have helped. 3. A small fridge in the room will be helpful.

1. Location is good and close to the bahnhof. The buses also start from this point. 2. Hotel provides a travel card which works in most of the buses, except the ones which go to Füssen Ziegelwies. 3. There is free parking in P4. 4. Breakfast has several options, esp. Scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. 5. Rooms are clean and spacious. One of our room had a good view. 6. The noise insulation seems to good as we were not disturbed by neighboring rooms or from outside. 7. Wifi works perfectly fine. 8. Plenty of restaurants nearby and also Netto is in the basement.
