The floor in my room was not clean. I put my backpack down and it got dirty from the floor.

The hotel was fine, but it could have been a bit cleaner. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was tasty, varied, and met all my expectations. The location was good — a tram stop nearby and about a 45-minute walk to the Altstadt. Close Aldi if you need to buy water for a walk.

The shower looked great, but water pressure was very low

Very nice spacious room. Great for families with children: calm location with a supermarket nearby and a playground across the street. Tram stop in front of the hotel, or a short walk to Derendorf train station. The breakfast was a wonderful surprise, I wasn’t expecting so much choice for this price.

We stayed during a period of extreme heat, +35–37°C. The room really lacked air conditioning. Although a fan was provided, which we were very grateful for.

The hotel has a convenient location. Nice room, friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts.

"Double bed" was actually 2 separate beds. Door didnt close properly. No space in the minifridge for our food.

Sauna was great, has multiple resting areas. Great accessibility. Good breakfast, had variety. Screen mirroring to the TV worked. Thought out closets had slots for the suitcases and hangers one on each side of the bed.

The breakfast was exceptional plenty of well prepared and presented food for everyones taste in a very comfortable and clean Dining room. The room although small was very comfortable except for the corner of the bed which was pointed and when i fell against it during the last night i received a nasty injury to the left side of my left leg which bled profusely.The room was very clean and comfortable

the showers could do with a good scrub, black spots on the grout and around the edges.

Close to city center(10min by tram). Very comfortable hard beds, nicely decorated apartments, clean and tidy, equipped kitchen, good breakfast and quick check in. parking also available around the hotel.

The dining table is fairly small for 10 pax and additional chairs are needed. 2 bathrooms require some communication or scheduling to take showers etc. Note: if the hotel parking garage is full, be prepared to spend quite some time to find parking in the neighborhood

I liked the hotel because of its price-quality ratio. The hotel is located 30 minutes walk from the city center. There is a public transport stop nearby, and trains to the airport. The room is clean, the bed linen and towels are changed every day. Polite and helpful staff. A varied menu for breakfast.

The staff were friendly, and the location of the hotel was quite good. The tram stop in front made it convenient to get to the city center. However, the soundproofing wasn’t very good, which was uncomfortable.
