There was no fridge or kettle.We had to move rooms due to a faulty air conditioner and the new room still had a noisy air con that vibrated every 5 minutes.

Had a spare bed for 16yr old and it was very small not sofa bed more of a sofa chair.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! The location is excellent and very convenient. The hotel itself felt so cozy – it truly felt like home. My daughters were extremely comfortable and happy throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. Their kindness made a big difference and made us feel so welcomed. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back!

Slightly showing its age, carpets were worn & a bit stained in places, as was the room sofa. More light needed in bathroom, shower was very dark.

Perfect location, close to S Bahn & direct access to both airport & Hbf. Lovely local neighbourhood but walking distance to Marientplatz. Big comfy bed, nice walk in shower. Staff were friendly, especially the breakfast staff, and the breakfast buffet was great. Lovely to sit out in the beautiful gardens.

My only complaint was that we could not get the television to work. We asked the front desk for assistance repeatedly to no avail. We had no television for our entire 6-day stay! We were very kind and understanding about the issue, but I hope the management fixed the problem after we departed.

The breakfast was excellent! The staff was amazing and very helpful! The room was perfect and the air conditioning was very welcome after our days of touring in the hot July weather.

I expected a better breakfast, it was OK, not great.

Uncomplicated check-in and check-out. Good size room and a clean bathroom. The location is really great, walking distance to many places one would normally visit when coming to Munich.

The haven of the garden at the back of the hotel was lovely for breakfast and when you needed to escape the heat and the crowds in the city.

if I have to pick a very very small negative, there was choice of soft or hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Unfortunately the soft boiled were hard as they were kept in a warming dish.

We travelled through Germany by train, so selected hotels where they weren't too far from the train station. This hotel was less than a 10 min walk. This is a small boutique hotel. I loved the space in the room and especially the large hall table which allowed us to have all our toiletries out and handy. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, nothing was a problem for them. Coffee made at breakfast, cappuccino, etc were delicious.

My son slept on a pull-out arm chair which was like a twin sized bed. He is 5’8” and that bed was uncomfortable for him.

It was clean, in a good location. It was on a quiet street but walking distance to the city center. The breakfast is included in the price and is very good. Many different choices for breakfast.

The room was slightly on the small side for the price paid, but Munich is an expensive place to stay, so fair enough.

Great location. Our room faced the garden at the back, so it was nice and quiet. Air con was very effective which was good as it was VERY hot weather. The staff were nice and friendly too, and the outside breakfast area was very pleasant.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean and well decorated room with a comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. Such a pretty garden to enjoy al fresco breakfast and a beer in the evening. Breakfast was an array of fresh produce, especially the fresh bread and fruit. This is a small hotel with a feeling of quality and safety. Special thanks to Nazier and the lovely lady on breakfasts!!

Hotel Admiral was an exceptional place to stay! The location is very convenient to many popular spots and public transportation but it feels not so touristy. The beds were comfortable and our daughter’s sofa bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever encountered! The breakfast spread is incredible with a large variety of delicious choices, and eating out in the courtyard each morning felt magical. The staff were also all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Very generous breakfast provided. Outdoor garden was a lovely surprise, a nice place for breakfast and afternoon drink. Service was excellent, very friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to old town. Great location. Room size very generous. Would highly recommend this place.

No mini fridge ☹️…..the room needs a mini fridge!! After a day outside in 30C+ to have a cold drink in our room would have just made our stay perfect!

Loved our stay here! Great location, just in a quieter part of town and only about 10 mins to the old town centre. The staff are delightful and super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too, plenty of choice for all tastes. Our room was lovely and spacious (but oh for a fridge!) and the shower was hot and fab at the end of a hard day exploring! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
