Everything is very old, and also the smell is not great. They dont honor the booking discounts, late checkout. Parking is in the street in a public parking lot very cheap. Its called P5, 5 minute walk distance

Room was quite nice. Not overly large, but good by European standards. The building is over 400 years old after all! The location was great to access the many wonderful sights.

Room wasnt what i booked or worth the amount- staff changed the rooms that resembled what we had seen on the site that were shown on photo’s promptly at complaint and asked us if we were happy a couple times though.The hotel opens at one- so check out was a bit fuzzy for us? The restaurant smell is intense in the rooms. We think staff sleeping in the surrounding rooms may be the noisy guests in the hallway around 06.30 in the mornings.

The bathroom is a bit smelly & humid but we can understand due to the small space. We were surprised with how loud the restaurant people were when they were cleaning their pots & pans at 23:00 just outside our window. We were hoping to get to sleep sooner but they were pretty loud with their talking and the clanging of the pans. Our rooms did not resemble the pictures on the website. I think we were in the older part of the building. That said, we got a really good rate and pretty much only slept there. So it's good to ask what part of the building you'd be in.

We were thankful to receive rooms near one another as my elderly mother in law was traveling with us. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably priced. We love this town and it was our 3rd visit in less than 2 years. The walkability of the location of the hotel to the town is very nice. It's in a quiet location.

If I pick up the negative opinion, it would be sound insulation from the next door. But it didn't feel like a big deal.

It is located near the cathedral and main square, so it was accessible to get. The power of the sink and toilet was not bad, and the bed was a little bit stiff.

Very uncomfortable sleeping. One pillow of the size of the shoe, the bed decoration at the head rest is sticking out so that one can hurt themselves. After closing up the restaurant downstairs (approx 11 o'clock), stuff members gathered right under my window. Breakfast for 14 Euro is an overkill

Great location: a couple of minutes away from the center, but still isolated from the tourist crowds. Wifi was fast enough to stream a movie. Fan in the room helped to keep the comfortable atmosphere in the room at +27 outside

Small washroom + toilet which is OK for a stay of a couple days though. Food in Indian restaurant was expensive than I expected. Fragrance of Indian spices lingers around the restaurant area. Mirror and wash basin within the room and not in the toilet.

Great location away from noise, within old town and near a tower with stairs going up the wall. A short walk to all the sightseeing locations. Perfect for 1-2 days, which is usually the needed time for this town. Its a bit of walk from the train station but you will be walking within the old town, which is nice. Staff is helpful. The hotel has an Indian restaurant attached to it. Heaters were quick to warm up the room.

Smoking was apparently allowed in the hallways.

Staff was very friendly. We were allowed to check in early. Rooms were clean but dated. Lunch was excellent.
